Disappointed with Quality and Service
I had high hopes for Pittman Davis after reading some positive reviews, but my recent experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a fruit basket as a gift, and it arrived late. On top of that, the fruit wasn't as fresh as I expected ? some of it was already starting to turn. I tried to contact customer service to discuss the issue, but I didn't hear back for several days. When I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful and did not offer a satisfactory solution. I was offered a small discount on my next purchase, but I was already so disappointed that I'll be looking for other companies going forward. For the price and reputation, I would have expected better quality and service. Based on this, I can't recommend them.

Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating
I am just frustrated with Pittman Davis and the overall service I've received. I ordered a fruit basket for a special occasion, and not only did it arrive late, but several items in the basket were spoiled. The pears were mushy, and the oranges were dried out. I called their customer service, and it took them over a week to respond, which is just unacceptable. Once I finally reached them, they were dismissive and offered me a partial refund rather than a full resolution. I was expecting much better service, especially for the price I paid. To top it all, it was a gift for my friend who stays out of state, and I had to explain to him the situation, which is really embarrassing. I will not buy from them again and will not recommend them either.

Not Worth the Money
I have ordered from Pittman Davis before, but my most recent experience has left me very disappointed. I had ordered a deluxe fruit basket as a birthday present, but when it arrived, the fruits weren't fresh at all. Apples were bruised, and the bananas were overripe. The packing was flimsy and didn't look professional, either. I expected so much more, considering the price. It also took two days longer than the time it was supposed to take for delivery! Upon calling customer support, I was informed that they couldn't provide a full refund but offered to replace it. I have since received the replacement order. The fruit is just not right, and presentation wise, it leaves little to be desired. Hereafter, I will lose my confidence in Pittman Davis. I've tried better companies than them and shall never buy again.

Bad Service of Representatives
I am disappointed with Pittman Davis. This basket I got had some fruits that were bruised, and once I tried calling customer service for an inquiry, I remained on hold for ages until I could speak to someone; even then, they had no care about my complaint. Well, for the price this was not what I expected in their service or quality. Wouldn't shop again.

Slow Delivery and Poor Quality
I'm very disappointed in my order with Pittman Davis. The fruit basket took over a week to receive, and some of the fruit was damaged upon receipt. It was way below my expectations in terms of quality considering the price. Customer service wasn't helpful either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wouldn't Order Again
In the fruit basket I had ordered, many of them turned out to be turning already. Delivery was late, and the overall presentation looked unimpressive. Customer service, when reached, had poor responses, slow to react. Well, basically, it isn't worth the money spent. I will not go back to order from this customer service again.
