Solid Customer Service

Pinehurst Coins has good customer service. I called trying to reach them in order to confirm whether a particular coin was available, and the person that talked to me was very knowledgeable and made an effort to help. Made order process easy, and shipment was very well-packed. Shipping was a bit slower than I would have liked it to be, but coins were in great condition. Am totally satisfied with my purchase. Website design is very nicely done and easy to use. Do plan on shopping here again, but do hope shipping can be a bit quicker in the future. Overall, good experience with this company.

Disappointing Experience in Shipping

I was very excited about making my first purchase through Pinehurst Coins, but it ended up being a disappointment. I ordered a few items through them, and they sent me a notification that it would take just a few days for the package to be dispatched. Nonetheless, it took over two weeks for the package to be delivered. This was way longer than I had anticipated. The customer service team was cooperative on this occasion, though they did not provide an explanation for the delay. When the package finally came, I found that the coins were in good condition, while the packing was minimal and not as secure as I would have wanted for such a purchase. Although the quality of coins was superb, the whole experience of receiving the shipment was very disappointing. I do not believe that I will buy from here again because of the issues I have faced with the order I received.

Packaging Issues

Slow Shipping

The coins are very of good quality, however, shipping is really slow. Though I would get this idea from reading reviews that shipping might take longer, my order took nearly two weeks behind the schedule.
