Shipping Delay and No Update
The site advertises quick delivery, but my order took almost two weeks. What bothered me most was the lack of communication. I never received a tracking number and had no idea when it would actually ship. I sent two emails and got no response until after it arrived. I wouldn?t have minded the delay as much if someone had just updated me. The perfume itself was fine, but the customer service side of things was frustrating. They need to work on transparency and communication, especially when delays happen. Not sure I?ll order again unless that improves.

Solid Experience Overall

Damaged Packaging, Poor Support
I ordered a fragrance gift set that arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked around. The outer packaging was torn and dented, and the gift set inside was scuffed and dirty. I reached out to customer support for a replacement, but they told me cosmetic box damage wasn't covered. I was planning to give this as a present, and now I can't. Their refusal to do anything about it left me really disappointed. The perfume itself may be okay, but the presentation was completely ruined. I won?t take the risk ordering gifts here again.

Nice Fragrance, Slow Delivery
I found the perfume I?d been looking for and it was priced well. I was happy with the purchase overall, but shipping took about nine days, which felt a little long. Great variety and fast shipping
I?ve ordered from Perfume.com multiple times now, and each time the experience has been smooth. They offer a wide variety of designer fragrances at much better prices than in-store. I was a little skeptical the first time, but the product was legit, sealed, and arrived on time. Shipping is surprisingly fast too, and they provide updates throughout. I once had to change my shipping address and their customer service team was helpful and quick to respond. The only thing I?d suggest is adding more niche brands, but other than that, I?m happy.

Good Prices, Decent Speed
I?ve ordered twice now and both times my perfumes came well-packed. Pricing is usually better than local stores. Shipping isn?t super fast, but it?s acceptable. I like that they offer a lot of brands. Only wish they had a better loyalty program or more coupons.

Extremely Slow Shipping
I placed my order thinking it would arrive in time for my anniversary. The website showed a 5-7 day delivery estimate, but it took nearly three weeks to show up. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and no one responded until after the order had already arrived. The perfume was fine, but the packaging was slightly crushed and not gift-worthy. I could have bought this in-store and saved myself the stress. It?s really disappointing when a company promises a delivery window and then completely misses it with no updates or accountability. I won?t be ordering again.

So Glad I Found This Site
