Worth every penny

Fragrance came leaking
I received my perfume bottle half empty because it was leaking inside the box. The packaging wasn?t secure at all and the box was damp when it arrived. I contacted Perfumania right away but still haven?t heard back. This is unacceptable for a $100 fragrance. It also had no return label or instructions, making it more of a headache. Not worth the trouble at all.

I ordered two specific fragrances and they only sent me one ? and it was the wrong one! No explanation, no invoice in the box, nothing. I emailed them and never got a response. Tried calling and was put on hold for 30+ minutes. Still unresolved. Horrible service. I?m not sure I?ll ever trust Perfumania again after this mess.

Order canceled without reason
I placed my order, got a confirmation email, then two days later it was canceled without any explanation. They just refunded me and didn?t even apologize or explain why. I had to go buy it somewhere else last minute. Horrible customer experience. A simple message or alternative option would?ve gone a long way. Total lack of professionalism.
