I noticed right after using Pelican Water that the chlorine smell in our tap water was gone. It?s nice not needing to rely on bottled water anymore. The filter was a little heavier than I expected, but it seems durable. So far, it?s working as expected, and I haven?t run into issues. Feels like a good purchase.

The whole installation went smoothly with Pelican Water. The system arrived earlier than I thought, and setting it up was manageable with clear instructions. Before getting the Pelican system, we relied heavily on bottled water because the tap water tasted awful. Now we just drink straight from the faucet and it?s great. The water feels softer when showering, and even my dog drinks it without hesitation. It took me some effort to set up, but once done, it?s been smooth sailing. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about filter replacement. Yes, the upfront cost is high, but compared to buying bottled water constantly, it will pay off. I wasn?t sure if a water filter system would really make much of a change, but Pelican proved me wrong. The chlorine smell in our water disappeared almost immediately, and now it tastes fresh. I?ve also noticed less spotting on dishes and sinks which is a bonus. Shipping was fast, and the box came well packaged. The unit itself is sturdy and looks like it will last. Installation took a bit of time, but once it was up and running, there were no issues. My family drinks more water now, which makes me feel good. Definitely a solid buy.

Tried installing this myself and ran into problems with leaking connections. Took forever to get through to customer service and when I did they just read the manual back to me. Eventually got it working but I still notice chlorine taste sometimes. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for.
