Really Good Stuff
The beans arrived fresh and had a great aroma. Brewed it as both a pour-over and French press?both came out fantastic. Great flavor, very smooth. The only issue was that I didn?t get tracking updates after the label was created, which made me anxious, but the coffee did arrive on time. Would still reorder.

Made Me a Daily Drinker

Fresh beans, clean roast

Love this company

Great taste and quality

Frustrating Customer Service Experience

Packaging Problems
Ordered a sampler set and was excited to try the different roasts. Unfortunately, the packaging had a slit on one side and some of the grounds had spilled into the box. It didn?t feel secure at all. Tried contacting support and the auto-reply promised a follow-up in 24 hours, but it took them four days to reply. They did offer a discount, but I had already lost confidence. The actual coffee I salvaged tasted okay but lacked that fresh-roast brightness. A bit of a letdown considering how well the company is presented online. Would?ve preferred a faster resolution and better quality control on the packaging.

Quality Control Needs Work
Ordered two bags of coffee?one was fine, the other had a strong burnt taste and stale aroma. Reached out to customer service and while they responded politely, it took almost a week to get a replacement shipped. I appreciate the veteran-run mission, but the inconsistency in quality left me a bit frustrated. Packaging on the second bag was also not sealed properly.
