Long process

It was not the most ideal experience with Pacific Debt. The whole process seemed to take a much longer time than I thought. I was expecting results pretty quickly, but it's been months and I didn't see any improvement. I did reach out several times for follow-up, but they kept on postponing. Although the staffs were nice, I do feel that they could be more open about the timelines of the process. Finally, I was able to settle a few of my debts; however, the long duration left me under much stress. In my opinion, the company needs to enhance communication and set proper expectations.

Poor Outcome

I was pretty optimistic when I enrolled for services with Pacific Debt, but the outcome was a disappointing one. After paying the fees, I found that the resolution of my debts wasn't smooth or as quick as led to believe. I was left with little support in the process, and at times, it felt like I was doing the work myself. I eventually found a better solution on my own. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Not Enough Help

Misinformation

Not Worth It

I chose Pacific Debt based on good reviews, but my experience was not great. There were no surprise or hidden costs. All my interactions with the company staff have been professional and also patient. I now feel free because I have a plan to pay off all that is owed to me.

Unfortunate and Slow Process

I was expecting much more when I enrolled with Pacific Debt, but it did not turn out that way. The process was slow and disorganized from the very beginning. They promised fast results initially, but it took a long time to even get the process going. Communication was poor all along, and I had to follow up constantly to get updates. They were also vague about the charges and how long the whole consolidation would take. At one time, I was totally in the dark about where my money was going. While my debt was consolidated into one payment, the delays and lack of transparency made me frustrated. I was hoping for more personalized support but did not get the level of service that I expected. Overall, I would not suggest them because of the stress and confusion that the process caused.

Service Not as Promised

I contacted Pacific Debt after seeing their ads and hearing good reviews, but I regret my decision. The entire process took much longer than I expected, and their communication was bad. I often had to spend days without getting any update, and every time I got an update, it seemed they were trying to force me into the system. They provided no personalized service that I thought I deserved and didn't explain a full breakdown of fees from the beginning. By the time the debt consolidation completed, I had lost all my patience for the long delays. They did lower my payments, but I am so frustrated with the constant lack of clarity and slow response times. If you want to be communicated with quickly and clearly, then this may not be the way to go. Their service was effective in the end, but it was a bit more stressful than it had to be.

Some Help, But Lots of Frustration

While Pacific Debt did indeed help me consolidate my debts into one payment, the process was far more stressful than I had hoped. There were several delays in getting everything set up, and their customer service was often difficult to get ahold of. The staff was polite, but I had to follow up multiple times to get responses. Their team was not very transparent with me, and I still don't know about the status of my consolidation plan. I thought the communication should have been much clearer right from the start. The bright side is that my monthly payments have been lowered, but the whole wait and confusion have been a hassle. For anyone looking to utilize this service, be prepared for delays and a whole lot of back-and-forth.

Slow Results, Not Worth the Wait

Pacific Debt promised a smooth, fast process, but this was anything but that. Although the idea of consolidating my debt was great, the execution was poor. The whole process took much longer than I was led to believe, and the lack of proactive communication was frustrating. I had to call them all the time to get updates, and they were not very clear about the things they were doing. Though I finally received a lower monthly payment, the whole process was a nuisance rather than an assistance. They did not tell me when things would be done, and I found myself questioning what was going on with my accounts. In the end, I'm relieved to have one manageable payment, but I don't think the process was worth the stress it caused. I expected more efficiency and transparency from such a highly rated service.

Not What I Expected
