Traceable fish, packaging mess
The traceability feature on their website is helpful?knowing catch date and method. Taste was fresh and cooking was easy. Packaging foam tore and made some condensation but fish stayed cold. Slight mess but taste quality made up.

Terrible shipping ruined everything
I was really excited to try their seafood, but my order arrived mostly thawed and smelly. Packaging was damaged and ice melted completely. The fish texture was mushy and not fresh at all. Poor packaging, fish thawed
My order arrived with the outer box soaked from melted ice and some fish was thawed. I expected better packaging given the price. The flavor was okay but texture was not great because of thawing. For the amount paid, I think they could improve their shipping and packaging quality a lot.

Customer service needs improvement

Disappointing thawed fish and slow delivery
I was excited to get fresh fish shipped to me but when it arrived some pieces were partially thawed and the delivery was delayed. The texture wasn?t great, and the taste was average. For the price, I expected better. I don?t plan on ordering again soon.

Fish was bad, customer service useless

Shipping was slow and fish spoiled

I was excited to try their seafood but the shipping took much longer than expected, and when the box arrived some fillets were partially thawed. I like that they support local fishers and use MSC certified fisheries. Taste was fresh, scallops were sweet. The prices felt a bit high though for portion sizes. Delivery arrived intact and packaging neat. So good quality, just maybe a little steep on price side.

Fresh seafood, but pricey
Ordered the mixed seafood box, and the quality was excellent?firm, fresh, and flavorful. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to other local markets. I understand the focus on sustainable sourcing, but the cost might be a concern for regular purchases. Still, if you're willing to pay a premium, the quality is there.

Inconsistent quality and late delivery
The fish quality varies a lot with this company. My last two orders were late by days and the fillets didn?t look as fresh. Some tasted fine but others were a bit mushy. I don?t mind paying more for sustainability but want consistent freshness and timely delivery. This wasn?t it.

Fish was mostly good but packaging failed
I like that they source from sustainable fisheries, but packaging is disappointing. Ice melted early and caused a mess in the box. Some fillets were affected and texture suffered. The fish tasted alright but I won?t risk another order until packaging gets fixed.

Great seafood, small thaw
Cod and rockfish cooked beautifully, nice color and clean flavor. One piece slightly thawed by delivery but still fine. I like the sustainable sourcing and small?scale fishers approach. Overall only minor thaw issue?still impressed by taste and ethics.

Good seafood, tracking glitch
Scallops and cod arrived solidly frozen and cooked up flaky. I liked reading about their sustainable fisheries and MSC certifications. However email tracking link went dead once. Support fixed quickly. So tracking glitch but fish was still high quality and I feel good about the ethos.

Ethical sourcing, but delivery confusion
I appreciate their focus on ethical sourcing and supporting local fisheries. The fish tasted fresh and was well-prepared. However, there was confusion with the delivery date, and I wasn't home when it arrived. Clearer communication about delivery schedules would improve the customer experience.

Disgusting fish, complete waste
I was so excited to get fresh seafood, but everything was spoiled. The cod was slimy and smelled awful. Had to throw away the entire order. Customer service was unreachable. Very frustrating and I feel totally ripped off.

Solid freshness, small miscount
Got a whitefish box with generous portions. Everything cooked up moist and tasted clean. Only issue?one extra portion of cod and missing scallops. Support helped quickly. Fish itself was excellent and the values behind the brand matter to me.

Freezer burn and bad smell
The fish was freezer burnt and tasted terrible. The box was leaking and ice melted completely. Delivery was late with no updates. Tried reaching out for help but no response. Would not recommend at all.
