Reliable Home Warranty
I have been using ORHP for several years now, and they have been very reliable. I have had to make many claims over the years and every time, they quickly return a contractor to make the repair. My only beef is that sometimes the repair takes a little longer to fix than you might like, but overall, I am pleased with the service. It is worth the money to have peace of mind.

Waited Very Long for Service
ORHP was too slow in getting someone to come and correct my concern for the HVAC. Their service was okay, but waiting for them to get there was absolutely terrible. Hope that next time around, they would be quicker.

Unsatisfactory Service
ORHP was a disappointment. They got me to file a claim for my HVAC, and to be able to get a contractor scheduled, I went through multiple calls and long waits. The contractor came, but on the first visit, they could not get anything sorted out. I almost spent two weeks without air conditioning. Their communication with the customer was very bad; it was frustrating throughout the whole process. My disappointment with their service draws me closer to changing providers.

Slow Response Time
ORHP takes far too long to respond. Even after I had complained about an issue with my water heater, it was more than a week before I got assigned a contractor that was supposed to come over. The contractor who came over didn't bring the parts needed, so he scheduled another appointment. It was a huge inconvenience. If their service does not get better, I am serious enough not to renew with them again in the future.

Excellent Service
I have been receiving excellent service from ORHP. They respond promptly to my claims, and the contractors they send are professional and quite efficient. Excellent Coverage, Sometimes a Slight Delay
I've been very satisfied with ORHP in general. They have covered several home repairs, and their contractors are generally excellent. Of course, there were a couple of occurrences where it took a longer time than what you could expect, but the coverage is great, and it feels good knowing that your home will be taken care of. I would definitely recommend ORHP to other homeowners.

Very Responsive and Efficient

Super Experience with ORHP
Never had a bad experience with ORHP. Always call me back on my claims on time. The contractors they send out are professional and nice. My dishwasher stopped working, and ORHP got someone to visit and repair it within a few days. It went very smooth and easy. Inconsistent Service
ORHP sometimes is hit or miss. There are times that it answers almost instantly; at other times, it can take a significant amount of time. Coverage is good, but the service is somewhat inconsistent.

Seamless Experience
ORHP did such an easy process with getting my air conditioner repaired. After submittal, within the same 24 hours, they had a contractor lined up to come out. Friendly, knowledgeable technician who completed the work quickly. Seemed like all this was a seamless experience and I really appreciate this home warranty. I definitely would pay for this.

Great Coverage and Service
I was extremely pleased with the coverage and service given by ORHP. Every time I have had an issue, they are quick to respond and send out a contractor. Good Coverage, Some Delays
I have had excellent coverage from ORHP. They covered some repairs at my place, and the contractors are very professional. In two instances, the period of time the repair took was longer than expected, but the coverage is great, and that for me is a good peace of mind while knowing that my place is protected. Not Worth the Cost
I paid a premium price. I expect better service for the money I'm paying. I have a broken oven, which took too long in processing, and my repair took quite some time. ORHP needs to speed up their processing especially in communicating with the clients.

Superb Customer Service
I have been an ORHP customer for three years. The company's customer service really stands out. Whenever I had some problem, the company was very prompt in answering my queries and solving it within no time. Just last week, my water heater stopped working, and to my surprise, someone was there within 48 hours to fix it. He was a polite person who knew what he was doing and fixed it promptly. Response Delayed

Hassle-Free Repairs
I have been an ORHP customer for the last year, and to my surprise, they are tremendous. They made the whole refrigerator-break-down repair process hassle-free. Unsatisfactory Wait Time
I do not like the response of ORHP because it will take one week plus before someone will come to fix my air conditioner. The contractor did a wonderful job; however, unacceptable is for me to wait that long for the service.

Too Many Delays
It took too long to process the claim made on a broken dishwasher from ORHP. Finally, they came to service the dishwasher, but the frustration was all due to the waiting time. They should lessen the time taken.

Reliable Service and Great Coverage
I have had ORHP for the last few years, and I always know that they will be there in a few hours, reliable. They respond and send out a contractor anytime something in my home breaks down. Quick and Professional Service
In fact, for the last two years I've been using ORHP and they responded to all my claims within 24 hours. He's a Solid Home Warranty Provider
ORHP has proven to be a solid home warranty provider for me. A couple of occasions of filing some claims, on each request, they really got back quickly and sent out a contractor. My only negative is that sometimes these repairs do take a wee bit longer than expected, but overall, I am happy with this service. Bad Communication

Very disappointing experience
I had a really disappointing experience with ORHP recently, in the sense that I made a claim for a fridge that was broken, but they took weeks to sort it out. The contractor that they sent round seemed not too keen on the fray and needed several calls to get an overall update. I know delays are bad sometimes, but poor communication and slow service is also disappointing. In the end, they got it sorted, but for this price I expect much better responsiveness.

Terrible Communication
ORHP has very bad communication. I filed a complaint over leaky pipes and to get any kind of response was a nightmare. I called them several times just for information over the status but nobody seemed to know what was going on. Finally, weeks after doing nothing, the leak had been serviced. The whole process has been frustrating and could be improved with their customer service.
