Exceptional Products and Service
I have been an Organic Life Start regular for some time now, and, really, their products-from the organic snacks to every variety of herbal teas-just about everything I tasted was top-notch in quality. I like their line of skincare products, which have really done magic on my skin-some of my long-continuous problems were cleared away and left my complexion radiant. I also love that their products are organic and don't contain hazardous chemicals. Their customer service is the best, ever ready to answer all sorts of questions and inquiries. My orders have always arrived with time to spare, and it is just great to deal with a company that is so very environmentally conscious. Great for Healthy Living

Extremely Disappointed with Service
I had high hopes for Organic Life Start after hearing great things, but I found my experience to be absolutely contrary. The website is not very user-friendly, with not much information that anyone would find helpful. So, I ordered a couple of products, and, boy, the shipping was awfully slow?over a week longer than estimated. I finally received the products and found out they were different from what I ordered. The customer service was not helpful and very slow in response to my emails. If they responded, it would be some vague responses which never resolved my issue. I requested a refund, and to date, I am waiting on any resolution. Complete waste of time and money. I will not shop here again.

I had high hopes for Organic Life Start because of how they boasted that their products were organic and of high quality. Unfortunately, the products received were below par. The items were horribly packed, and from the appearance of things, the organic supplements themselves were no good either. I tried calling back to ask for a refund; after many days, a few calls, nobody replied, but on reaching this representative unhelpful and didn't give a solution. Excited about the glowing reviews for Organic Life Start, I just had to give these products a try. Unfortunately, I was let down. The website was easy enough to get through, yet the products I ordered had arrived damaged and weren't properly sealed. I have called their customer service, and though they apologized, it was slow and offered only a partial refund instead of a full replacement. Very Disappointing

The worst experience I ever had was with Organic Life Start. While they claimed that their products were high-quality, organic, mine was not the case upon arrival. Everything in that package was poorly packed, some near and above expiration dates. Many attempts to reach customer service were unheard of for a great amount of time, after which the responses were unconcerning. They also charged me for some subscription that I had never ordered. It really felt like a scam. After having read other reviews, it would appear that I'm not the only one that has had these problems. It's very disheartening, and this is one company I shall be seeking alternatives from. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, much less one looking for solid, good-quality organic goods.

Very Slow Shipping
I felt Organic Life Start took an inordinately long time to ship out my order. The products were fine, but that was a ridiculous wait. I had to call like three or four times, and every time I got in touch with customer service, I got the same generic response. They did, after some time, come in decent condition, but there is just no justifying the long wait when it should have taken just a few days. The experience with the shipping makes me very reluctant to make an order again.

Mediocre Experience
My Organic Life Start experience was less than satisfactory, overall. I had been excited about trying their organic products, and the quality simply did not live up to the hype. A number of items I ordered were not sealed properly, and that calls into question quality control in general. Extremely Frustrating Customer Service
The customer service with Organic Life Start is just absolutely awful. I ordered different products; the shipment did not show up timely, though. While reaching out to their customer service team, I don't receive an actual response other than blame on everyone and runarounds given. They didn't fully apologize and also didn't take up the responsibility properly, without paying a proper compensation or something regarding that inconvenience they put me into. It's been weeks, and I still don't have my products. Would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Terrible Quality and Slow Delivery
The quality of the products ordered from Organic Life Start was well below expectations. The organic supplements tasted weirdly and did not feel fresh as it was advertised. Besides, the delivery was very slow, and my order arrived in very bad condition. The packaging was flimsy, and several items were damaged. Untrustworthy Business
Organic Life Start makes a lot of proud claims about the quality and organic nature of its products, but I have found it all to be absolutely untrue. The things which I received were also pretty low in quality; most of those things seemed like inexpensive versions of the originals. Then, when I contacted customer support for a refund, nobody responded. Really bad company, and would never recommend it to anybody.

After all those great reviews, I decided to give Organic Life Start a try. What a mistake. The products were low quality, not organic, and overpriced. Their marketing completely misleads, and when I asked for a return, they ignored me. Avoid this site, look out for a company treating its customers with at least some respect.
