Great Product, Slow Service

Terrible Customer Service Experience

Kitco recently managed to be pretty frustrating with my silver order. I had ordered a pretty large quantity of silver, and it finally showed up, but the customer service really kind of disappointed me. My shipment took over two weeks to get to me, and after several telephone calls, I never was given any real resolution or contact. When I finally got a hold of someone on the other side, they were dismissive and not helpful at all. I know delays happen while shipping. Better communication would have helped solve the problem. Kitco has been good for me until now, and this experience has made me wary of calling for future orders.

Reliable Company

Happy with My Purchase

Generally Good, Some Delays

I like the variety of the product offered by Kitco, although sometimes shipping might be a little longer time to receive. Although, customer care is quite responsive, and packing is safe. I have no major issue regarding that so far.

Good Experience but Room for Improvement

Kitco is a very professional company to work with, and their product quality is superb. The only drawback is they take too long shipping it. I would definitely use them for my silver and gold investments.
