Tax debt is stressful, and I chose Omni Tax Solutions in hopes they would reduce that stress. Unfortunately, their management of my circumstance increased it. The process began well, but before long, communication became sporadic. I was constantly following up for information and bounced from department to department. Sometimes, I felt as though I was re-explaining my case from the beginning again. Critical deadlines were missed, and I never felt like there was a well-defined strategy. Not the Relief I Was Hoping For

Hard to Reach and Poor Communication
One of the largest problems I had with Omni Tax Solutions was getting a hold of someone who knew what was going on with my situation. Once signed up, the constant communication that was present from the beginning disappeared. I left messages, emailed, and waited days to receive a response. Many times when I did finally get a hold of someone, they did not have definite answers and would transfer me to another person. It was infuriating to feel like I was getting nowhere. I wanted a firm that would represent me and be active, but what I got was more time spent tracking down information than getting updates. When I'm paying for expert assistance with real financial stakes hanging in the balance, I want responsiveness. The inconsistency in service and communication led me to wonder if paying for their services was worth it.
