The olive oil, advertised as unfiltered and early harvest, didn't quite bring the bright, strong taste I was looking for. There was an underlying blandness that hinted at it not being as young as the descriptions made out. The scent, which I was looking forward to being massive, was actually rather subdued. For the cost, and given the hand-bottled procedure claimed, one would be led to believe in a more assertive and full-bodied product. It wasn't that the oil itself was bad, but it just didn't have the characteristic that I was looking for. I was left slightly disappointed by the marketing's insistence on freshness and potency. Something more honest labeling of flavor profiles would be better.

Significant Shipping and Packaging Issues
The package arrived much too late, and the packaging wasn't sufficient. One of the bottles of vinegar leaked, and it ruined some of the other products in the box. The olive oil container, while unbroken, had a sticky residue on it, which would suggest seepage. The customer service reply to my complaint was sluggish and unsatisfactory, providing a half refund for the broken vinegar. This extent of negligence in shipping and customer service is unacceptable, given how much pride they take in handling craft products. The absence of care in packaging and the delayed reaction indicate negligence towards customer satisfaction. It is an annoying experience that discourages future purchases.

Poor Customer Service and Order Accuracy
