Without the live chat feature, I find it nearly impossible to resolve urgent issues. Once, when I had technical glitches about accessing the course material, it took far too long to get any resolution at all. The absence of proactive communication about updates or changes to the platform adds to the frustration. For a high-priced academy, I expected more support services. Their customer service team appears to be undermanned and underprepared to handle multiple requests at once, which does not enhance the learning experience.
