Not a Great Experience

I had a rather disappointing experience with NHMH. The staff were friendly, but the process was too long. There was too much paperwork, and I was not given the proper information regarding the terms and conditions. My own efforts to seek clarification did not help in alleviating the frustration brought about by these delays. A first-time buyer like myself deserves to be treated better, I thought. Hence, I decided to take my mortgage business elsewhere-to another lender who would give me better and clearer guidance throughout the entire process. Although NHMH could work well for some, my own experience was quite unfruitful and frustrating.

I was quite not satisfied with the NHMH service that I get. From the very onset, I found that there had been a massive lack of communication. Many questions that came across my mind were simply left unanswered. I actually felt that I was somewhat neglected as a client in all this. The progress in the mortgage application came up later than expected while there was minimal update to that effect by the teams involved. I contacted them, and the replies were vague and not helpful at all. I had thought that they would have been more proactive in terms of getting a mortgage because it is a serious process. I ended up pulling my application and going to someone else for services. I cannot recommend NHMH from what I experienced.

Confusing Process
