Contractor Never Showed Up
I submitted a request for roof repair through Networx and got matched with a contractor who seemed professional over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I took time off work and waited around?no one showed. I called the contractor twice and left messages, but no return call. I reached out to Networx to report the no-show, and all I got was a ?we?re sorry for your inconvenience? email. That?s it. No new match, no follow-up, nothing. The whole point of using Networx was to avoid the hassle of flaky contractors. Instead, I lost time, energy, and still didn?t get my roof looked at. I had to call a roofer I found on Google who ended up being great?nothing to do with Networx. I wouldn't trust this site again. The lack of accountability is frustrating, and it made me question how they screen their contractors at all.
