Not Worth the Price
I had Ned Stevens clean my gutters, but the experience was not what I expected. The workers were courteous but failed to clean up the mess after the job. I had to redo the work myself. It was also pricier than other gutter cleaning services I have used, and the work was not good. Generally, I feel that I did not receive the value for money.

Disappointed with the Service
I had great hopes for Ned Stevens, but they let me down. They were late, and the work wasn't done as well as I had expected. Leaves and debris were still present in my gutters, and the cleaning was not as effective as claimed. I contacted customer service, but it took them a few days to get back to me. For what I paid, I had hoped for much better quality and detail.
