Terrible experience, avoid!

I also love that they offer fee-free ATM withdrawals at thousands of locations. Over the past few months, I?ve used NBKC for a few wire transfers, and each time the process has been smooth and fast. Wonderful banking experience
NBKC has made managing my finances so much easier. I particularly love how easy it is to access my accounts through the mobile app, and it?s very secure. I use the savings account, and the interest rates are better than what I was getting at my old bank. Transfers are quick, and I have had zero issues with transactions. Customer support has always been helpful when I needed assistance, and the lack of fees on most services is a huge plus. Frustrating service, unreliable
I decided to try NBKC based on the recommendations I saw online, but I?ve been disappointed. It all started with my direct deposit being delayed for over a week. After contacting customer support, I was told it was a 'system error.' What really frustrated me was the lack of communication and transparency from their team. After waiting several days for updates, I had to call multiple times to get any information. On top of that, the mobile app kept freezing, and transactions were slow to process. I felt that my experience was more of a hassle than a helpful service. I?m now looking for a new bank. I expected much better from NBKC based on its reputation. Hopefully, they improve these issues soon, but right now, I can?t recommend them.

Terrible experience, avoid!
I really wanted to like NBKC after hearing all the good things about them, but my experience has been anything but good. The account setup was slow, and when I tried to link my external accounts, the process was confusing and kept failing. Horrible customer support
I had high hopes for NBKC, but my experience has been awful. First, it took forever to open my account?days longer than I was told. Okay service, but poor reliability

Good, but app needs work
