The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and didn?t try to rush the process. I felt comfortable asking my questions. The one downside was I didn?t get my confirmation email until two days later, which made me anxious. But once it came through, everything was in order. I got a good plan and feel better about my coverage now. If they improve their speed, I?d easily give them five stars.
