Good help, but very slow process

I did get help with choosing a Medicare plan that fit, but the process took way too long. I had to call back twice just to get a follow-up, and the documents were delayed. The rep was kind and explained things well, but I wish they were more organized. Felt like they were understaffed or something. It wasn?t a terrible experience, just not as smooth or fast as I had hoped for.

Supportive and clear guidance

I really liked how the agent walked me through different plan types. It was my first time enrolling in Medicare, so I needed that help. There was one form I didn?t receive on time which delayed things slightly, but they did apologize and fixed it. Besides that hiccup, I felt supported the whole time. They definitely know what they're doing and made things less stressful for me.

Helpful guidance with some delays

The rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and didn?t try to rush the process. I felt comfortable asking my questions. The one downside was I didn?t get my confirmation email until two days later, which made me anxious. But once it came through, everything was in order. I got a good plan and feel better about my coverage now. If they improve their speed, I?d easily give them five stars.
