Service Could Be Better
Although the flooring is nice, the whole experience was not enjoyable. The installers were late to arrive, and the customer service team was not quick to address my issues. I paid too much for the quality of service I got, and I am not going to be recommending them to anyone.

Never Again
I wish I had not used National Floors Direct for my flooring installation. The flooring itself was okay, but the installation was terrible. They got a few things wrong, and I had to go through a lot of back-and-forth to have them corrected. I will never use them again.

Good Floors, Bad Service

Worst Service Ever
National Floors Direct has the most horrible customer service. Once I made the purchase, the installation kept getting pushed back several times, and the quality of the floor was terrible. The staff did not care about my issue, and when I requested a refund, they just ignored me. Totally disappointed.

Not Worth the Wait
My order of flooring took weeks to be delivered, and when it came, it wasn't what I was hoping for. There were visible flaws in some areas. Customer service was unresponsive and slow. I would not recommend National Floors Direct from my experience.

Okay but Not Great
The floors appear fine, yet the installation process was hurried and the crew failed to clean afterwards. I spent ages getting the customer service department to follow up after I left comments, and I was irked by the hassle. Overall service experience, I must say, was underwhelming, yet product quality was all right.

Disappointing

Average Experience
My experience with National Floors Direct was average. The first consultation was uneventful, but the installation was underwhelming. The installers arrived late, and the work was not completed to the high standard I have come to expect. Although the flooring is good, the service is not up to much. I didn't feel like a priority, and that was annoying. I don't think I'll be using them again or advising others to do so.

Regret Choosing Them
I highly regretted choosing National Floors Direct. The installation team was rude and seemed not to care about the quality of work. There was more than one error that was done, which was cutting the flooring incorrectly, and they didn't even try to fix it. Customer service wasn't any better. I attempted to call them for weeks, and never got any call backs. It's been a complete nightmare, and would recommend others look for a better-service company.

Long Wait, Poor Communication
My experience with National Floors Direct began well, but soon became frustrating. The product that I had ordered took much longer to arrive than had been indicated, and there was no communication regarding the delay. When the installation actually occurred, it wasn't professionally done. It had gaps and uneven surfaces. After contacting customer service, I was treated as if they didn't care. I should have had a better experience considering what I paid for.

Good Product, Poor Follow-Up
The quality of the product was good, but overall, I wasn't pleased with National Floors Direct. Installation was excellent, but follow-up service was nowhere to be found. I experienced problems with a few stains on the floor, but no one was interested in helping me get them fixed. They did not answer my questions in a timely fashion, and I feel that they dropped the ball. Although the floors are okay, the customer service was poor.

Poor Product, Worse Service
I purchased hardwood floors from National Floors Direct and was very disappointed. The floors came in damaged, and when I called customer service, they were not helpful. They said they would send out replacements, but the replacements were equally as poor. After weeks of frustration, I gave up. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is searching for quality products or customer service.

Installation Issues
I'm thoroughly disappointed with National Floors Direct. After choosing a gorgeous carpet, the installation process was a nightmare to deal with. The installers didn't finish several areas, and the work wasn't on par with the level I was expecting. I had to call repeatedly to have someone address the problems. The inattention to detail was frustrating, and I won't be using their services again.

Not Worth the Trouble
National Floors Direct has a good choice of flooring, but little else can I say in a positive way. There was more than a week delay on delivery, and they rushed installation. The floors themselves are not terrible, but they did not live up to quality expectations for me. Customer service was an issue to sort through, and my concerns fell on deaf ears. Not happy, and definitely will not recommend them.

Subpar Quality, Poor Communication
I selected National Floors Direct due to their positive reviews, but my experience was not a pleasant one. The quality of the flooring was subpar and easily scratched, which was infuriating given the price I paid. In addition to that, the communication from the company was poor. They never informed me of delays or where my order was. I paid for better service and quality. I will not be coming back as a customer.

Worst Experience Ever
I am sorry that I used National Floors Direct. Right from the beginning, the customer service was also unprofessional, and the installers were late. The product I purchased didn't match the sample, and they wouldn't exchange it. I spent several weeks trying to get something settled, but no one at the company cared. It was a waste of time and funds. I will never have them do business with again and would tell others to seek elsewhere.
