Shipping Delays
The recent experience with MyVaporStore was really bad. I ordered a vape kit and some juices, and shipping took more than two weeks while they advertise quick shipping. Reaching out to customer service, it was very slow. They told me to wait longer. The tracking was wrong, adding insult to injury. Although the products did finally arrive in good condition, the delay and lack of proactive updates really made the overall experience frustrating. This was my first time ordering from them, and based on the reviews, I expected better. It is a pity, really, because they have a good selection of products, but the unreliable shipping combined with the unhelpful customer service makes me very apprehensive about ordering again from them. Product defective and poor customer support
I bought a vape mod from MyVaporStore, which came defective. The unit refused to turn on, even after following all the instructions, including the troubleshooting steps. Immediately called customer support, but the response was extremely slow and completely unhelpful. They insisted that I send the item back at my own expense before they would even consider a replacement. In my opinion, it was like they didn't care about my time or money. By the time a replacement finally arrived, several weeks had gone by, and the whole exercise had become quite exhausting. Not even the replacement felt as if it had been tested properly. A few days later, problems started all over again. I expect great service and quality control, especially from a company with this kind of good reputation. It leaves a sore taste in my mouth, and I question if I will return again.

Order mistake and frustrating to resolve
MyVaporStore sent the wrong items in my recent order, and resolving the issue was more difficult than it should have been. Instead of the vape juices I picked, there were entirely different flavors. I did get in touch with their customer support team, which was really polite, but getting them to replace those items was a big hassle: they wanted pictures of the products and lots of emails sent back and forth, which delayed resolving it by more than a week. To make matters worse, I had to cover the return shipping initially, though they later reimbursed me. That they eventually made it right is great, but the hassle wasn't worth it. Stuff happens, but it shouldn't take so much rigmarole to get to a resolution. With all these good reviews, I expected a lot more efficiency from this company.

I had an issue with something missing in my order; it took several days to get a response from customer service. Eventually, yes, they did resolve it, but it was such a pain waiting. The quality of the product is average, but because of the slowness of the communication, I wouldn't prefer ordering again. Hope they will improve the responsiveness of the support team.

Expensive shipping fees
MyVaporStore has great products, but the shipping fees for smaller orders are too high. I just wanted to order a few replacement coils, and it almost doubled my total. This is because smaller purchases get significantly discouraged, which isn't good for loyal customers.
