Totally disappointing experience
I am excited to try myBambu, but my experience has been disappointing. My first transaction did not go through and customer service was tardy in response. When they finally answered, they could not clearly say what had happened. My money finally came back after days, which was frustrating. Not to mention, a few instances where the app froze when I tried accessing my account, making it pretty hard to depend on the app for timely transfers. I do not know if that was just one-time nonsense or a common thing, but it leaves me wondering about the reliability of the app. Lack of transparency and getting assistance on time makes me unable to recommend this service.

Perfect for family transfers
myBambu has made my life easier as far as sending money to family is concerned. The app itself is user-friendly, and the transactions are quick, which is very important when you have to send your money back home. My greatest appreciation goes out to the low fees, which go to show that myBambu takes the convenience of users into consideration. Customer support has also been great, and in my case, I received help on time from their end, which was when I was experiencing my first transfer. There are other apps available, and I have used some of them; however, this app is truly the easiest and most reliable for me. It's reassuring to know that sometimes there is a service one can rely upon for regular support to the family. Highly recommended!

Perfect app for money management

Efficient and user-friendly
Really great using myBambu. Found the app pretty slick so that the search for what you want is not too long. Transfers are reasonably fast, and fees seem competitive with services I have used. Hard to use
I found the app of myBambu hard to use. The lay-out was confusing and instructions were not very clear. Support could be better

Good app, easy transfers
Transferring the money through myBambu is a good solution. I do not have problems with the application. Everything goes smooth, and nothing happened during one of my transfers. Its reliability and fees are less costly compared to other transfer services that I tried. In general, all was excellent, and I would advise this service. I have used myBambu a few times, and so far all the transactions have gone through seamlessly. It is also very user-friendly, and the transfers of money are lightning-fast. And I appreciate that the fees are quite reasonable. All in all, it is a reliable service that I can depend on when funds need to be sent quickly.

App crashes more than a GPS.
App kept crashing and I couldn't finalize a transaction. Try uninstalling then reinstall with no success. Service was courteous but didn't help much. This app still has a lot to be done to it before I will use this again. Very disappointed in experience.

Not user friendly
Their mobile application wasn't very friendly toward my use. It became not only hard to understand me by the instructions given while starting the process but rather this process was even pretty much slower than what would one expect. A nice thought, though - there simply remains a lot to perfect. Got unexpected fee charges on my transaction which was stressful. The app posts low expense, but experience was pretty different. Service from support could not provide a very clear explanation regarding the costs, so maybe they also are not transparent with their end. Disappointing, more than I anticipated.

Poor interface
Confusing, hard to navigate interface. Spending time trying to figure out how to send my money was a challenge that took way too long. And by the time I figured it out, getting a smooth transfer was very hard. Doesn't help that the customer support didn't do much to improve the situation, and ultimately opted for another service. Definitely a disappointing experience all around.

Delayed transfers
It took a few days to solve a delayed transfer. Customer service, polite but did not explain anything about the delay. So, low fees are ok, but it made me cancel myBambu accounts for any time-sensitive transactions. Better processing time would be nice.

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for myBambu but was surely disappointed. The application will not play smoothly and the transfer was so much longer than it needed to be. The customer support has been very slow to respond and left me hanging. I probably won't ever use this product again based on this experience.

Slow response from support
I had one transaction issue and had to wait an eternity for the help team to acknowledge my help request. Yes, I know sometimes it takes weeks, but that eroded some of the faith in the app. It's such a shame because I otherwise really would have appreciated the fees, but the service was a disappointment.

Would Not Recommend
Using myBambu was more hassle than it was worth. The app was buggy, and I had trouble completing a transaction. When my transfer was stuck, I tried calling for support, but it took them days to reply. For over a week, I was left wondering where my money went, which I think is unacceptable. In the end, I had to use another service to complete my transfer. I really wanted to like myBambu because of the low fees, but the bad service and delays have made me lose my trust. For anybody needing fast, reliable transfers, I wouldn't recommend myBambu.

Reliable for daily use

Not worth the hassle
The money transfer company was myBambu. I assumed it would be a painless and convenient money transfer experience, but it ended up being more of a hassle than a help. The app was confusing to use, and several times there was an error with the transactions. I made calls to the customer care several times, but it felt like an eternity before I got any meaningful assistance. The concept is good, but the application needs improvement if one is to consider using it again. The fees are relatively low, but unless you can rely on the service, then it's not worth it, so I would tell people to look elsewhere if you actually require something you can depend on.

Best app for fast transfers
myBambu has been the best application I have used for transferring money quickly. It is so simple and does not incur the ridiculous fees I've seen with other services. I greatly appreciate the ease of signing up for an account and just getting started right away with using the application. Transfers are accepted almost immediately, which has saved me when I desperately needed to send money to someone. Constant app issues
I've been having difficulty with the myBambu account since I started using it. The application freezes often, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall the application just to get it working again. Even then, when it does work, transactions are left in limbo or stuck for what feels like an eternity, with no update on a representative of the company. Customer service has communicated effectively, but no one can actually correct the underlying issues. Along with this lag and the reliability of the app is lousy at best, it's hard to trust myBambu-especially when there are several other reliable options that exist. Too bad I liked the low fees, but the technical issues overshadow any cost advantage.

Not reliable for major transactions
I used myBambu to make a large transfer, but it didn't go right as they said. The whole transaction was a little bit dragged longer than they said, and I had to follow up with the customer service many times just to get the status update. It was polite enough but did not clearly explain what happened to cause the delay. I am concerned also with the security of the app itself when I read some reviews online that talked about this experience. It is nerve-wracking when your money just disappears when you haven't received any update on it yet, not to mention a lack of immediate assistance. I had hoped that myBambu will be a good service, but this experience was frustrating and left me skeptical about using it for big transactions.
