There are no allowances for such a situation: it was tough to sustain during slower months. When I contacted customer service to avail of some options, they were nice but unhelpful. High-interest rates added to the strain. I admire their efficiency, but feel their loan terms are not suited for small businesses with fluctuating cash flows. In relation to this, they could consider better flexible repayment plans geared toward businesses like mine. In general, my experience was stressful, and I wouldn't recommend them to others without significant changes.
