Wrong Items Sent, Slow to Fix
I have ordered from MrSupply.com in the past, but they messed up the order this time. I had ordered particular electrical components for a project, but what I got was totally not in line with my order. I had to go through an arduous process to return them, and it took several weeks to receive my rightful order. Better quality control and a better system would be expected from them. I don't know if I will continue ordering from them after this.

Disappointing Service and Quality
Placed some heating appliances on order with MrSupply, figuring it would go smoothly due to their reputation. But the device I got was not functioning right, and once I called up customer service, I was informed it would take some time to get a replacement. Disappointed with Customer Service

Disappointing Experience with Delivery Times
I placed an order for a collection of electrical items for a domestic project, and although the site had excellent selection, the delivery took close to a week. I was forced to reschedule my timeline, and this caused a lot of irritation. When the order did come, there were damaged items. Customer service was reluctant to respond and took a lot of follow-ups before I managed to get resolution. Would not recommend if urgent needs are needed.

Damaged Items and Slow Returns
