Expensive and Not Highly Transparent
I was drawn to Mountain Summit Financial because they boasted of funding loans quickly, but the interest rates were outrageous. There weren't clear terms, and some sneaky fees, so it wasn't a particularly transparent process. While the application was very simple and I had approval in pretty short order, these loans were just too pricey to be worth the efficiency. I was not able to receive adequate assistance over their customer service line when I called to clarify some issues about payment and charges. If you simply need your money sorted in a rush and you will accept an extraordinarily high fee, they may come in handy, though; exercise caution, however. That wasn't the financial solution I was looking for

High Interest and Less Flexibility
Mountain Summit Financial does lend quickly, but what really surprised me was the interest rate was pretty steep. Being locked into paying according to a schedule with little ability to change payments made it more of a burden. Customer service was courteous though not helpful in finding a solution to get out of this mess. Good option if you actually need money right now, but pay the premium for it. Also, online application is pretty easy but realized the actual cost of borrowing is higher than anticipated. Would not recommend anyone unless one has no other choice.

Disappointing Customer Support
Attracted by their fast process, I soon discovered that rates were too much. I tried calling customer support in order to get a better understanding of the payback, but they did not really assist me a lot. I never ever found answers to my questions, and terms are not clear. The really high rates make it rather quite unachievable to recommend this type of service.

Too Expensive for What It Offers
I needed fast cash, and Mountain Summit Financial was very promising, but I quickly realized it was a lot more expensive than I envisioned. Their rates are very high, and there wasn't any way to just negotiate or to get better terms. Customer support was nice, but they didn't seem to have any flexibility at all with the schedule of repayment, which made things more difficult. I can certainly suggest finding elsewhere if possible because this loan became pretty much a financial weight. They bring fast cash, but you will pay the steepest price for it. I chose Mountain Summit Financial because they had fast approval, but the rates and terms seemed less transparent than what I would have liked. When I actually was approved and went to sign the papers, I found my interest rate was much higher than I had anticipated, and when I called customer service, little could be done to help me understand the terms better. If you ever find yourself needing funds in a hurry, this loan service is okay, but you will pay dearly for it.
