Easy, affordable, and fun
Trying new scents has never been easier. I?ve always loved perfumes but hated spending a lot just to realize a scent wasn?t for me. MicroPerfumes makes it so simple. Solid but could be cheaper
Quality is good and delivery is fast. But even with promos, they sometimes run higher pricing for decants than others. The industry variety is good though and packaging solid. I still use them occasionally.

Great Idea, Poor Execution
I was really looking forward to trying MicroPerfumes because the concept is solid?sampling fragrances before committing to a full bottle sounds smart. But the actual experience was underwhelming. Shipping took much longer than expected, and two of my samples arrived with leaky vials. One was nearly empty by the time I opened the package. To make matters worse, I contacted customer support, and it took them over a week to reply, only offering a discount code for a future order. Honestly, I was hoping for a replacement or at least a proper apology. The scents themselves were fine, but a couple didn?t smell like the originals I?ve tested in stores. I started questioning their authenticity. I wanted to like this service, but between the packaging issues, lack of communication, and questionable quality, it just didn?t deliver for me. Probably won?t order again anytime soon.

Better than expected

Disappointed with Quality Control
The idea of MicroPerfumes is amazing?buying small amounts to try before you commit. That?s why I ordered a handful of samples to test out some colognes I?d been eyeing. Sadly, the reality wasn?t great. Two of the vials came with completely non-functioning sprayers, and another one was only half full. I thought maybe this was a one-time issue, so I contacted support, but their reply took ages and didn?t offer a real fix?just a 10% discount for my next order. Honestly, that?s not helpful when I didn?t even get full value from my first one. I also noticed that one fragrance didn?t smell quite right compared to what I?ve tested at retail counters. Something about it seemed off. I?m all for supporting smaller businesses, but they need to step up their quality control and customer service if they want people to come back. Right now, it?s just not worth it.

Excellent Variety

Packaging was nice but liquid weak
Bottles came in decent cases and looked professional enough. But some scents didn?t linger long. Maybe user error transferring to the spray bottle. Still, decent for testing. I?d try again but maybe with larger ml size next time.

Accurate samples, slow tracking
My order arrived late and I couldn't track it properly. But when the package came everything was fine: authentic fragrances, decants were full, and a travel spray even included. Packaging was neat. Tracking feature didn?t show much but order arrived eventually.

Awesome Way to Explore

Extremely Disappointed with Service
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I ordered five fragrance samples from MicroPerfumes, excited to try them out. The package came 10 days later, and two of the vials were completely empty, having leaked through the poorly sealed caps. One of them smelled like alcohol more than perfume. I contacted customer support immediately, attached photos, and didn?t receive a response for almost two weeks. When they did reply, they said it was ?probably due to transit conditions? and refused to send replacements or issue a refund. I?ve ordered samples from other companies without these issues, so it clearly comes down to poor packaging and handling on their end. It?s really disappointing, especially considering how much hype this site gets. I won't be ordering again, and I don?t recommend it unless they seriously improve their shipping quality and how they handle complaints.

Took Forever and Arrived Damaged
I placed an order with MicroPerfumes hoping to try out a few fragrances before buying full-size bottles. The order took almost three weeks to arrive, which was way longer than the estimate. On top of that, one of the samples had completely emptied during transit. The rest were okay, but the overall packaging seemed really cheap for what they?re charging. I emailed customer support to let them know about the issue, and their response felt like a copy-paste reply, just offering a discount code instead of a proper solution. I don't think that?s an acceptable way to handle a damaged order. It?s too bad because I really like the concept and the range of fragrances they offer. But between the slow shipping, poor packaging, and generic customer service, I?m not sure I?d recommend it unless they make some serious improvements. A lot of potential, but not there yet.

Better than department store testers

Good for picky noses like mine

Didn?t Meet Expectations

Lacking in Key Areas

When the package arrived, I found the packaging underwhelming?basic plastic bags that didn?t protect the vials very well. One vial had leaked almost entirely, and another had a broken nozzle. I took pictures and contacted support right away. It took them five days to respond, and all I got was a vague apology and a discount code. No refund, no replacement. The remaining samples worked fine, but honestly, the hassle of dealing with the damage and the slow support made it hard to enjoy the experience. Worth the cost generally

Waste of Money
My experience with MicroPerfumes was really disappointing. I ordered six sample sprays, thinking I?d get to try out a few fragrances I?ve been curious about. When the package arrived, three of them were leaking and nearly empty. The rest had broken or weak sprayers that made it hard to apply evenly. I reached out to their customer service and got an automated response saying they?d get back to me within 48 hours. That was over a week ago, and I still haven?t heard anything. I expected more from a company that specializes in samples. For the price I paid, the quality of the product and service is just not there. I could have gone to a department store and had a better experience testing perfumes for free. I really wanted this to work, but I feel like I wasted both time and money. I won?t be recommending them to anyone.

Generally great but one issue

Nice site but packaging meh
Overall a good experience but the sample vials could be packed better. One came slightly cracked, though it still held up. Everything else was spot on. I loved being able to explore niche fragrances I?ve only read about before. It?s great for people who don?t live near fancy department stores. Website?s easy, and shipping was fast enough. I wish the free shipping threshold was a little lower, but not a deal breaker. I?ll be back for more once I?m done with this batch. I?d also love more spray options instead of dabbers. Still, good site overall and worth using.

Great variety, slow tracking info

Frustrating First Experience
I came across MicroPerfumes through a friend?s recommendation, so I figured I?d give it a try. Unfortunately, things didn?t go as smoothly as I hoped. I placed a small order for three designer samples, but the package arrived much later than the estimated delivery. When I finally opened it, one sample was missing completely. I reached out through their support portal and waited almost two weeks for a response. When they finally replied, they offered store credit, which wasn?t helpful since I didn?t want to order again. I just wanted the missing sample or my money back. On top of that, the remaining two vials felt cheaply made. One had a broken sprayer, and the other leaked when I tried to use it. Could Be Great, But Needs Work
MicroPerfumes definitely has potential, but my first experience was full of small issues that added up. I ordered three sample vials to test out some luxury perfumes. While the scents themselves seemed accurate, one of the vials leaked slightly and another had a loose spray cap. Shipping took about 10 days, which was longer than promised, and I didn?t receive any tracking updates after the first two days. I reached out to their customer support with a photo of the leak and didn?t hear anything back for a week. When they finally replied, it was a generic message with no real solution. I think if they tightened up their logistics and customer response times, the service could be a lot better. As it stands, I?d be cautious about ordering again. The idea is awesome, but the execution doesn?t quite deliver the polished experience I was hoping for.
