Hidden Costs

I signed with Merchant One for the competitive rates, but shortly learned to have a very high number of hidden charges. I did not expect to find so many additional fees that were not explained at sign-up. The service was not helpful in solving the problem.

Great Support Team

I have never really had any issues to date, and whenever I did experience a problem, the Merchant One support team was very quick to act upon it. I do not recall any past transaction error or delay. They process transactions with the speed, and their portal is easy to maneuver. Overall, a very solid service.

Superb service and really fast setup

I started using Merchant One for my small retail business. Up until this point, I have been well pleased with the service. Setup was done very quickly, and the team helped me integrate their system into my existing POS without any issues. Payments are processed quickly, and I have not had a delayed transaction so far. The customer support team has been highly responsive anytime I had a question or needed help. The fee structure is clear, and so no hidden surprises there. In general, I'm highly satisfied with Merchant One and will continue to use their services.

Great Service, A Bit Pricey

Merchant One has been a good credit card processing service for my business. The user interface is quite easy to work with, and it does transactions pretty fast and reliably. My only dissatisfaction with this company is that it charges fees that are a little higher than I anticipated. That notwithstanding, their customer support has been pretty good in addressing all my concerns. Generally, I like the service and will continue to use it. I will, however, recommend it to other businessmen but simply caution them to have a finer look at the fee structure before joining them.

Silky Smooth Experience

Overall, my experience was smooth with Merchant One. The payment system works, and transactions were fast. Brilliant Merchant Services

Actually, I can advise that Merchant One has really provided excellent merchant services for my business. Their charges are pretty transparent, whereas transactions do not take long in processing. There is no problem with delayed payments, and inquiries have always been followed up promptly through the support team. The process of the transaction with Merchant One has been smooth, and I have had no issues with declined payments nor delays. My only suggestion would be that they offer more detailed reporting features on their platform. Other than that, it's been great.

Hidden Fees

At first, Merchant One seemed like a good deal with low advertised fees, but after several months of usage I started noticing other fees charged to my account. If I approached customer support, they were not very helpful and could not explain the extra charges clearly. Overall, though the payment system itself works fine, what disenchanted me was being misled about the actual cost of the service. I was expecting them to be more transparent. It is not even adequately explained when asked and from which services what fee is deducted. Lack of clear explanations regarding the fees and poor customer support have made me reconsider using Merchant One in the long term. It is a shame because their platform is easy to use. Good Service with LOTS of Features

Merchant One has proven to be a good and reliable payment processor for my business. Interface is friendly, and the transactions are done really promptly. Smoothe Transaction and Excellent Support

I have been able to finally enjoy pain-free banking with another payment processor after I switched to Merchant One. Their smooth and fast operation without downtime during the rush periods is indeed amazing. In terms of their customer support team, they have been very helpful, especially for the setting up process. However, at the moment, the only bad thing that I could say about them is that their fees might not be as competitive, but the service quality basically makes it worth it. Fast Payment Processing

Bad Customer Service

My experience with Merchant One has been really frustrating. The customer service is almost non-existent. I tried calling them many times regarding an issue on my transactions, and I either received no response or a generic response that did not address the problem at all. Their fees are way higher than initially offered. I feel that I have been misled during my onboarding process about the costs. The platform itself is okay, but the lack of support and transparency is the reason I chose to change. My new payment processor is a thousand times better. I would never recommend this service to anyone who values clear communication and straightforward pricing.

Reliable but Setup Took Time

Fees Too High

While the service itself was okay, the merchant fees charged by Merchant One are quite a bit higher than what I anticipated. I even reached out to their support department for clarification on this matter, but they gave me less than satisfactory answers on why I was being charged extra on top of my monthly fees.
