Mashvisor has some really great data, especially for comparing Airbnb and traditional rentals. I like the cash-on-cash return calculator too. It took me a while to figure out how to use the filters correctly, which was a little frustrating. But once I did, the results were helpful. I just think the site could be a little more user-friendly for beginners like me. Still, it?s been really useful for my first investment.
