It took me several calls until someone could update me, but each person on the phone had different stories as regards my status of the case. Even after one finally approved my claim, it left me frustrated and dissatisfied at how uncoordinated the communication and services were and how they operated or rarely responded.

But getting the final word took weeks upon constant follow-ups. By the time they finally gave me my money, I was already looking around at other providers.
