Unexpected Charges and Slow Support

My experience with Makwa Finance was not so good. I completed my loan; however, I soon encountered too many charges against my repayment in ways I did not imagine. I contacted the service line, and it takes some time to respond and gave me unclear answers that the website said otherwise compared to what happened. Sure, it was sad on my part since they first present themselves professionally. Additionally, it was not flexible about repayment, so if anything happens in between and you are left with an unexpected financial incidence, there is very little flexibility. It actually took me a little longer than I thought, which is very inconvenient because I really needed funds urgently. They advertise fair terms, but I did consider the interest rate too high, hence making it hard to make payments. Maybe they will improve with time, but as a customer, I am certainly returning.

Higher Interest and Lousy Support

I had the worst experience with Makwa Finance. They surprised me so much with the interest rate and harsh repayment terms. When reaching out for options, they were not that helpful. In fact, they seemed too keen on their policies, not addressing my concerns seriously. It was easy getting the application, but repaying the loan became difficult for me since it was really costly. I wish they had more flexibility with the prices. They kept promising to give transparent, flexible services when they first advertised. A loan like this feels like more of a burden than an advantage. I would not like anyone else to go with Makwa Finance as their lender; especially if there is anyone who needs someone who may be a better customer-centered lender. There are so many other places with better deals and rates. This has really made me be careful not to give all my business to online lenders without properly reading all the print.

Bad Terms for the Loan

Such was my experience with Makwa Finance. The application process was smooth, but repayment terms are rather restrictive and expensive. Makwa Finance has much to be desired about my experience. I got the loan, but its repayment terms were not even close to what they had marketed. I tried to reach customer service to adjust the situation, and they were not very helpful and also slow to respond. The company did not address my concerns about my situation, and the whole process made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer. Additionally, the rate of interest was relatively steep, and the strictness with which the repayment schedule had to be followed was such that it did not encourage easy payment. At times, some unforeseen expense or the other would come about, and it became tough to pay for the installment. I tried to reach out to the customer care again in the hopes that they would exercise some humanity or flexibility. Alas, their reply was disconcertingly standard. For a firm that prides itself as customer-centric, this was quite disappointing, and I will surely think twice before ever considering them again. Improved customer service and flexibility would be a major difference.

Too Much Interest

Would not be too satisfied if you ever had or have loan interest. Application process was simple, though what they quoted had to beat me up a bit, and it ended up costing me so much more than I would've thought. My customer support agent was friendly but not very assistive when trying to elucidate the charges I incurred. Probably will not recommend Makwa Finance again.

Excellent Service

Makwa Finance made the loan process fast and easy. I like how transparent they were, seeing that there were no hidden charges. The money was indeed delivered on time, just when I needed it because I had some surprise bills. Their customer service has always been friendly and they were able to answer every one of my questions. Overall, I would be more than happy to continue recommending their service to others.

Poor Communication and High Rates

It really disappointed me to use services of Makwa Finance since things went pretty smooth while giving away the loan, but this is where it started seeming shady, because the interest is quite high. I always expected some flexibility with how I can repay it or rather be given some sort of alternative options, which obviously was not the case and the customer service department got sluggish towards me, and answers mostly non-clear. What I was looking for is something more open and understanding because of the price of this loan. To whoever is interested in using Makwa, my warning is to exercise care and to find other loans at a lower interest rate, customer service that would treat them better. All in all, it cost far more than I ever expected for such a loan, and my experience here lacked in any kind of customer care. I will never use Makwa Finance again and would tell others to seek alternatives with better terms and clear communication.

Reliable Loan Service

Makwa Finance came in very handy when I needed urgent money, and they never let me down. The process was pretty straightforward with no surprise charges or payback fee. For the ease of access, the interest rate was a bit too steep, but it was great. I love how the terms are very simple, and the service is professional.

Frustrating Lack of Transparency

Makwa Finance really disappointed me. Indeed, the application process was very smooth, but lack of clarification regarding interest rates and fee collection was a big setback. After getting the loan, interest rates turned out much more than the one actually portrayed at the beginning. For a clarification over such an interest, I had to knock the customer service. The problem is that their response remained really generic in nature instead of being informative. I expected much more flexibility in options for repayment, and they just provided me with this strict schedule without considering my constraints. It was like they needed to collect fees rather than help customers. The general experience is that I'm stuck with a high cost loan and no way to get out. I don't think I would recommend Makwa Finance to anyone. This experience taught me to be more careful in reading each detail and to think next time.
