Simple and Effective

A Reliable Service for Expats

As an expat, finding reliable money transfer services has been a challenge. I am really new to Majority, but it has been pleasantly surprising over the last few months. Slow Transfers

Most were promising but transfers take a little longer than I expected. It took a few days for one transfer to actually be processed, so it sucked. The design of the app is really nice, but they need to step up their processing speed to the maximum if they want to get there. That would be good enough for this app in my opinion.

Unexpected Trouble with Transfer

I thought Majority was worth a shot given all the accolades, but it's really a huge frustration. I tried to forward a little amount to a family member; the process dragged terribly, and the transfer did not even go through at all. There was no explanation for such failure, however, the customer service is very unresponsive, and I had to near on nearly a week to finally get everything in order. I sure did not expect such a situation to go down in this manner, as of course, things go wrong sometimes, but the communication of this case was far worse than it needed to be. Hopefully, they will be able to work on their rapid support service.

Poor Customer Service

I had a delayed transfer and Majority's customer service took too long to help me. The app is user-friendly, but it's really frustrating if there's a problem and the response service is bad. Hope they'll change their customer service soon enough.

Best Transfer Service I've Used

Majority is hands-down the best transfer service I have used so far. The app is user-friendly, and the fees are much lower than those of other services. Poor Support

One of my transactions resulted in an issue, and the customer support took a very long time to revert. When things work fine in the app, everything is fine, but when things go wrong, it seems that the support team is not adequately prepared to solve the issues swiftly.

Great for Staying in Touch

I love this because Majority connects me with family outside this country. Free international calls are a huge added bonus, and money transfers are decent. Fast and Efficient

Most of the time has passed very quickly, in quite efficient manner. Processing works fine and to date there have been no severe problems with processing of my operations. Main advantages are low fees and application ease. My minimum complaint is that sometimes the transfers take just a bit too long.

Terrible Customer Support

I went to Majority on the say of a friend but very much regret this since it was my first transfer that didn't work well, and because I wanted to not call customer service, which nearly became a mission impossible. It took me nearly several days with no response until it came. The problem wasn't solved. This time, the transfer had to be canceled, and still, I was charged a fee. This experience was really tense and frantic as I was sending my money to the family due to some emergency so, it feels pretty relaxed that now their money is here but not relieved because they never helped when I really needed. This app works for some people, but if you ever need help, don't expect much from customer service.

Horrible Customer Service

I was really disappointed using Majority. I did a transfer, but it never went through and could not reach customer service support. They were not even answering until days passed by. Whenever I got some response from them, they were unable to resolve my problem in time. Hence, I had to cancel my transaction and select a different service. It was such a hard experience, and I thought they should have conducted it even better since most people were good about commenting on their website.

Failure to Carry Out Transfers

I tried to send money through Majority to my family, but they didn't process the transfer on time. I was charged a fee, and they could not explain why it was late. It took over a week for the problem to be resolved. I truly hope you can understand the kind of services you are dealing with people's finances in. Competitive rates are available, but if you cannot rely on the service for its delivery, then that benefit is lost. If speed and security are important to you, it doesn't seem to be the best option. I will not be using Majority again unless they correct these problems.
