One of the Best in the Market

Weak Batch, No Acknowledgment
The product I ordered didn?t match my expectations at all. I?ve tried this same strain before and it worked great, but this time it was noticeably weaker. Not sure if it was a different batch or something changed. I messaged support to ask and all I got was a vague reply about individual experiences. No real answer or offer to look into it. The packaging was fine, and shipping was reasonably quick, but when the product doesn?t deliver and there?s no follow-up, it?s a letdown. Might try a different vendor next time just to compare. MAGU has potential, but they need to step up when it comes to quality control and customer support. The experience felt one-sided, like they only care until they get the payment. Hope they improve because I did like them initially.

My only feedback would be that it?d be helpful if they included a printed info sheet in the box. Otherwise, they seem to be doing everything right. Never Arrived, No Support
Placed an order for two products and got a confirmation email right away. After that, I heard nothing for five days. No tracking info, no shipping update. Tried emailing and even filled out their contact form, but got no response. It?s been almost two weeks now and still no package. Ended up contacting my bank to reverse the charge. Super frustrating because the site looked legit and had decent reviews. I really wanted to try their products, but this experience just left me annoyed. At the very least, someone should?ve responded to explain what was going on. Without basic communication, it?s hard to feel confident ordering from them again. Even if the product eventually arrives, it?s way too late. Customer experience matters, and this missed the mark completely.

Very Good, Just Needs More Variety
MAGU nails the basics and does them really well. Their delivery is fast, usually arriving within three days for me. The product comes carefully packaged, with clear labeling and batch information, which is something I really appreciate. The item itself is consistent and reliable?no surprises in potency or quality. However, my only suggestion is that they expand the product range a bit. It would be great to see more variety, maybe some sampler packs or seasonal offerings. Customer support is responsive and polite. They answered my question about shipping windows quickly and even followed up later to make sure it had arrived. This shows they actually value their customers, which isn?t always the case with online retailers. Overall, they?re reliable and consistent. Just needs a little more in terms of options or updates. Doesn?t Match Description
The product I bought was advertised as premium quality, but it just didn?t live up to that. Texture was off and the smell was kind of flat, which made me question freshness. It still worked okay, but not at the level it should be for the price. What bothered me more was the lack of helpful support when I raised the issue. Got a generic response and nothing more. It?s not about refunds or freebies?just want to feel like my feedback matters. I like the concept and the branding a lot, but it?s got to be backed by consistent quality. At this point, I?m on the fence. If I do try them again, it?ll be a small order to test if things have improved. Hopefully they take reviews seriously and make some changes.

This was my second time ordering from MAGU. The first time was smooth, everything arrived as expected. This time, not so much. Delivery was delayed by four days with no update, and when I reached out to check on the tracking, it took over 48 hours to get a reply. The product was okay but didn?t seem as fresh as before. Maybe a one-off issue, but still frustrating. The worst part was how long it took to get basic information from support. For a company that looks so polished, I expected more consistency.
