Great Meals, Just a Little Expensive

Reliable
I have been with MagicKitchen for a few months now, and they are very consistent. Their meals are healthy, taste fresh, and are quite flavorful. The portions are a good size, too. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes the food delivery time may vary. Otherwise, great service!

Satisfying Meals, but Delivery Could Improve
I've liked the variety of the meals available on MagicKitchen; the quality of food is usually excellent. Deliveries have been delayed a couple of times, which could be improved. Customer service responded well when I brought it up. It's a pretty good meal service.

Mixed Experience

Very Expensive for What You Get
For what they are, meals are overpriced. The portions are relatively small, and some just did not taste good. I felt that for that price, there should be some flavorful, satisfying options, which did not happen. It was not worth it, given the other great options in the market, at much more reasonable prices.

Inconsistent Quality and Service
I've had a few experiences with MagicKitchen-some of them were great: fresh ingredients, flavors outstanding. Others have been substandard. And the delivery. it was hit-or-miss at best, as sometimes my meal was cold upon receipt. Irksome if you're actually paying for something that might not show up when expected.
