Not as Expected

I had high hopes for my experience with Low VA Rates, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. While the loan terms were decent, I encountered several issues with the process. Customer service was unresponsive at times, and when I did get a response, it wasn't helpful. I had to deal with confusion over paperwork and unnecessary delays. I will look for other options in the future.

Disappointing Experience

I chose Low VA Rates based on their reputation, but my experience didn?t meet expectations. While the rates were competitive, the communication from the team was lacking. I had to follow up several times to get updates on my application, which caused delays. Poor Communication and Delays

I'm very disappointed with Low VA Rates. Applying for a VA loan was dragging on for weeks with no updates at all. Constantly calling and emailing were the only ways to get information. This lack of communication was frustrating and caused undue stress. Considering their promises, I was expecting a much better experience. I won't be using their services again.

Average Service but Lacked Transparency

While my loan was finally approved, I wasn't impressed with the whole experience at Low VA Rates. There were many hidden fees not so clearly explained up front. When I asked questions, I got vague responses. The loan process itself was average, but due to a lack of transparency I got uncomfortable and ended feeling as though I was kept uninformed.

Frustrating and Complicated Process

I had a frustrating experience with Low VA Rates. Despite hearing positive things about them, I found their process to be unnecessarily complicated. There were too many documents to submit, and every time I thought I was done, they asked for something else. It felt like the goalposts kept moving, and this led to a very stressful experience. I expected better from a company that specializes in VA loans.
