Very slow support

Great concept but execution lacks
I liked the idea of a no-fee HSA with investment options, and Lively seemed like the answer. The setup was decent, and the interface is clean, but I?ve run into random issues with transfers taking days longer than expected. Reimbursement speed is inconsistent?sometimes 1 day, sometimes 5+. I also had to update my bank link twice due to security errors. It?s not a deal-breaker, but it gets annoying after a while. The app works fine but lags sometimes on Android. I reported the issue, but never got a solid answer. The company has a modern feel, but the tech feels slightly behind at times. I?d still recommend it over some traditional providers, but not without warning new users about the hiccups. There?s a lot of potential here if they iron out the technical issues and improve support response times. As of now, it?s a good platform with room to grow.

Love the no-fee setup

I appreciate that it?s fee-free, but the overall experience felt clunky. Once I was set up, it worked okay, but getting to that point was frustrating. Their email replies were polite but not always useful. I expected a better onboarding process based on reviews. I?m still using it because switching again feels like more of a headache, but I?m keeping my expectations low for now. There?s potential, but the user experience really needs to be polished.
