Disappointing Texture

Linz Heritage Angus steaks are really tough. It lacks tenderness, so when cooked following instructions, they still don't turn out that well. Okay flavor but nothing exceptional. At the price point, I expect to get something far better than what I experienced in eating them. Not going to order them again.

Inconsistent Quality

I have received two orders from Linz Heritage Angus with inconsistent quality. The first one was good but the second order showed up fatty, chewy. I do not feel confident enough in their quality of product coming out to your house. Not worth the extra cost at a hit or miss basis.

Not Impressed

I was expecting more premium quality out of Linz Heritage Angus; however, it is not the case because the cuts look uneven, not tender, nor flavorful as the steaks looked. For its price, the consistency and good flavor are too much to have asked for this product. The beef wasn?t bad, but it wasn?t anything special either. I expected much higher quality given the price. The steaks didn?t have the tenderness or flavor I hoped for. For what I paid, I expected more. There are better options available at a lower price.

Delivery Issues

Consistently Great Beef

Ordering from Linz Heritage Angus for a couple of months, and honestly I can say it is all ways of good quality. Steaks are so soft, with very good taste, and great grilled. I've tried the ribeye, filet mignon, and the ground beef was all really juicy. I loved the rich flavor. It came quickly and had great packaging. The best beef source, without a doubt.
