Could Use More Flexibility
The loan came through quick, but the interest rates are pretty high. I did need more flexibility in repaying and were not able to offer that. It's adequate for emergencies, but no good if you want to get flexible terms.

Surprisingly High Numbers
Mountain Summit Financial serves as a fast source of cash, but the interest is pretty high. The application is quite easy, but after getting the loan, the deal to pay back becomes a battle. Interest charges were way bigger than what I had in mind and the help from customer services wasn't really much when I wanted to adjust my monthly payment schedule. It may work in times of great need for cash, but you have to pay the price for it. If you're searching for something long-term or flexible, though, I wouldn't recommend you this, the service is useful in emergencies, but the cost is something to be taken well seriously indeed.

Not Worth the Price
I was drawn into Mountain Summit Financial for fast cash, but it was pretty expensive with pretty high interest. The terms were not explained very well, and I actually asked a few questions that were not ever addressed by the customer service representatives. Although they did finance the loan pretty quickly, the cost was just too high, and that is indeed, I regret it. The customer service was polite but had a very straight-laced approach to receiving any kind of flexibility in the payment plan. It made things harder. So, to whoever actually would like to get a fast cash advance, be very careful as to what costs you will incur versus using this option.

Good Concept, Needs Some Improvements
I started using Lili because of its freelancer-oriented features but faced a few hiccups. While the tax tools are great, the key problem I have is in delayed transaction notices where I am unable to track spending on a real-time basis. Customer support was slower than expected, and temporarily, my account got frozen, which became inconvenient. The concept is excellent but needs polishing for smoother services. More organization-oriented features could also be added for better categorization of income and expenses. Lili is promising, but a little work needs to be done in the areas mentioned.

I like the tax part, but sometimes transaction alerts take hours, which really makes live tracking of spending a pain. The customer support was a bit slower than I would like it to be, and my account got frozen on me for a bit of time. So, the concept is perfect but a bit needs to be fine-tuned to ease the experience. I would also appreciate seeing more options as far as customizing the site in order to get better income and expense data-gathering. On the whole, Lili has some potential, there's just a little work left to really make it shine.

Annoying Customer Service Experience
The concept behind Lili is very appealing, especially for freelancers, but my experience has been quite mixed. Customer support took nearly a week to sort out a problem with an incorrect transaction. That was frustrating, as I rely on the responsiveness of the service to have any banking issues squared in a jiffy. The app also lags at times, so using it is a bit inconvenient at times. I like the concept still, but the delay in responding from their customer support is annoying, and the lacunae in the app. Hopefully they will get over these issues soon.

Poor Customer Experience With the Company's Service
The idea of Lili is amazing, especially for freelancers; however, my experience has been somewhat mixed. I had a problem where an incorrect transaction occurred, and it took close to a week to have them solve it for me, which really frustrated me because I need quick support to solve a banking issue quickly. It would also sometimes lag, which was a little bit of a pain to use. Still a great concept, but maybe they could improve the response from support and the app not sometimes lagging. Hopefully, they will solve the issues soon because that much potential is here.
