No communication
I had to reach out over and over to get even a simple update. That shouldn?t be the case when dealing with debt.
Not what I hoped
I joined hoping for relief, but ended up feeling more anxious. The waiting and uncertainty took a toll on me.

They told me most of my accounts would be settled in 3 months. It?s been over 6, and I?m still waiting on half of them.
