Lendio helped me when I needed it most

I was at a tight spot with my business and desperately needed funding right away. Lendio came to the rescue. From the day I contacted them, they were absolutely brilliant with service. They guided me through the loan application process step by step. Their team was extremely tolerable and answered all of my queries and helped me find the best loan for me. The whole approval process was fast, and funds arrived much sooner than I expected. Because of Lendio, I was able to get my business going again when things were difficult. I will surely be using them again in the future.

Disappointing experience

Exceptional service and support

Very efficient and helpful

I was in search of a loan for my startup, and many banks had cumbersome processes to go through. I came across Lendio. The team was very understanding, responsive, and very knowledgeable from the start. They explained all the loan options and clarified the terms. My application was processed even faster than I thought it would be, and the funds were in my account within a week. I really didn't thank Lendio enough for the help I received since this loan helped me to expand my business and explore new markets more easily.

Great service, but a little slow

I was impressed by the variety of loan options Lendio provided and how quickly their team responded with any questions. They were incredibly supportive individuals who walked me through each step of the way, and a clear point was made with me at each step. The process did take a little longer than I had anticipated, so it moved my project timeline a bit. Other than that, however, the experience was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. Good service but room for improvement

Overall, I had a great experience with Lendio, but feel like there's definitely room to speed things up a bit. Customer service at Lendio is pretty responsive, always fantastic getting the information in and across. The process was a little slower than I'd have liked though. On the other hand, the loan options they brought out to me were kind of varied, so I found them to be capable enough to help guide you in finding the correct one for your business. It was minor, but, yeah, took a little longer than I thought it should've, so would probably use them again in the future.

Slow and unresponsive

Not as fast as expected

Lendio took much more time than they had promised. The process dragged by a number of weeks longer than advertised, but they never sent any information, so I was chasing after getting updates. It was such an unpleased experience.

Good options but could improve communication

Lendio was offering a lot of loan options that suited my business. The staff was very helpful and professional, and they had explained the whole process step by step. Maybe because of the delay in communication, this process took much longer than I anticipated. But over all, I am pretty satisfied with the services and would go back to them again, but maybe about speeding up the communication.

Disappointing Experience

I applied for a loan through Lendio, hoping for a smooth process. Instead, I encountered numerous delays and a lack of communication from their team. I reached out multiple times for updates, but each time I was left waiting days for a response. After weeks of frustration, I ended up going with another lender who was much more responsive. I wouldn?t recommend Lendio based on my experience.

Not as Promised

Lendio promised fast funding and simple approval, what attracted me to them. But it was as far as my experience with the company went because, despite the easiness with which I applied for the loan initially, I was bogged down with troubles after documentation and verification. All those additional requests for further details were unnecessary and just mounted the tensions. I got my loan way more slowly than I had thought, so the service really needs work.
