Subpar Customer Service
The floors I've gotten installed are fine, but the lead-up to it was less than smooth. The sales rep was unresponsive and didn't address problems I was having with the product, so I had to chase for information. The installation was delayed twice, and they left a mess. Very disappointed overall.

The crew was great. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and double-checked everything to get it just right. I'm blown away by how well the flooring turned out, and the installation was flawless. I'll be referring them to friends for sure.

Messy and Unprofessional
The installers were filthy, with garbage left around my house. They didn't care about my furniture, and the floors weren't lined up right. I got what I paid for, I suppose.

Disappointing Service
Customer service wasn't helpful, and I had to constantly follow up for status updates. Installation was postponed twice, and the crew didn't clean up after themselves as promised. Not at all the experience that I hoped for.
