Too pricey
Quality was fine, but absolutely not worth the high price. Color was okay, formula was decent, but there are cheaper alternatives that perform just as well. Delivery was okay. Gloss sticky and scented too strong
I tried a lip gloss from Kylie that was super sticky and had an artificial scent I didn?t like. It wore off unevenly within an hour, so I had to keep reapplying. The packaging was pretty, but that?s about it. I won?t buy this gloss again because it wasn?t comfortable or long-lasting. Shipping was fine, but the product didn?t meet my expectations.

Overpriced for the Quality

Gloss leaked in package
My lip gloss leaked during shipping, so everything inside the box was sticky. The gloss itself is fine, but the mess ruined the experience. Took almost two weeks to arrive. Not impressed with how they handle shipping. I expected way better quality control for such a well-known beauty brand.

Disappointing quality for the price
I bought a highlighter and lip gloss set, expecting great quality based on the hype, but I was underwhelmed. The highlighter didn?t blend well and sat awkwardly on my skin, looking patchy. The lip gloss felt sticky and didn?t last more than an hour. For the price point, I expected something much better, especially from such a well-known brand. Disappointing palette quality
I bought an eyeshadow palette expecting rich colors and smooth blending. The shades looked nice in the case, but when applied, they were chalky and patchy. Some colors barely showed up at all, even over a primer. Customer service told me ?results may vary? and offered a small discount on my next purchase, but that doesn?t help when the first product was unusable. For the price, I was expecting better pigmentation and texture. It?s disappointing to have something look so appealing in advertising but perform poorly in real use. Broke me out

Lip liner broke immediately
I was excited to try Kylie?s lip liner, but it snapped the very first time I tried to use it. I barely twisted it out, so it seemed fragile or poorly made. Broken lipstick upon delivery

Lipstick broke fast

Happy with My Order
Ordered a blush and a highlighter and they both exceeded my expectations. The blush blends beautifully without looking patchy, and the highlighter gives a natural glow instead of glitter chunks. Too drying on lips

Smudged too easily

Not Worth the Price Tag
I?m genuinely confused by all the hype. I ordered two products?the concealer and a lipstick?and neither lived up to the reviews I saw online. Overhyped eyeshadow palette
I bought one of the eyeshadow palettes because the colors looked gorgeous online. Unfortunately, the pigmentation was weaker than I expected, especially for the lighter shades. The shimmers were decent, but the mattes took a lot of effort to blend and build up. It didn?t feel like a high-end palette considering the price. The packaging was nice, but that doesn?t make up for the actual performance. I had to use other palettes alongside it to get the look I wanted. Maybe it works better for lighter makeup looks, but for me, it just felt like too much work for too little payoff. Not something I?d repurchase, and I wish I had tried a single product first instead of committing to a whole palette.

Mascara smudged quickly

Blend of shades is nice

Wrong shade sent

Packaging nice but product average

Foundation glow is amaze

Shade mismatch

Lip liner hard to apply

Not the shade I saw

Very Disappointed with Customer Service
The product quality wasn?t great, but what really pushed me to leave this review was the customer service experience. I received the wrong shade in my order and contacted them immediately with photos. It took almost a week to get a response, and when they did reply, they made me feel like it was somehow my mistake. I had to go through a lot of back-and-forth just to get the right item sent. The whole process took three weeks, and by then, I had already bought makeup elsewhere for the occasion I needed it for. The formula itself was okay but nothing special?definitely not worth the headache I went through. I expected better treatment as a paying customer, especially with how much these products cost.

Shipping delay and average product

Lipstick dried and cracked
I purchased a matte lipstick that looked great when applied but dried out my lips badly within an hour. It cracked and flaked, even when I used lip balm underneath. Foundation made my skin oily
I have combination skin and hoped Kylie?s foundation would work well, but it made my skin oily and shiny within a few hours. Palette pigmentation weak

Pretty Packaging, Poor Performance
I?ll give them credit for having beautiful packaging, but the actual product performance was underwhelming. Mascara flaked badly
I had high hopes for the mascara after seeing so many positive reviews, but my experience was the opposite. Within two hours of wearing it, I noticed small flakes under my eyes, and by the end of the day, there was barely any product left on my lashes. It didn?t give the volume or length it promised, and I had to keep checking a mirror to clean up the mess. For such a hyped-up brand, this was really disappointing. Color payoff not as expected

Gloss too sticky

Foundation oxidized and got darker
The foundation I ordered oxidized badly, turning much darker and orange after just an hour. It made my skin look uneven and unnatural. I tried setting it with powder but it didn?t help. Lip kit is decent
Got the Kylie lip kit in ?Candy K? and it?s actually pretty good?smooth application, true to shade (mostly). Delivery was a bit late but product made it so worth it. Packaging was fine too. Lip Kit Wasn?t What I Expected

Great Experience Overall
I bought the gloss set during a sale and was thrilled with the pigmentation. It?s glossy without being sticky, which I love. Pretty shade but drying formula

Eyeshadow palette was chalky
The eyeshadow palette looked amazing online, but when I applied it, the shadows were chalky and hard to blend.
