Too many bugs, difficult UI
I?ve been using Koinly for a couple of months, and I keep encountering issues with syncing my transactions from multiple exchanges. Very disappointing experience

Not user-friendly enough

Impressed with the results

Exactly what I needed!

Solid tool for crypto taxes

Decent but has limitations

Horrible experience with customer support
I had the worst experience with Koinly. Their support team is almost non-existent, and I had a hard time syncing my exchanges with the platform. After several emails, I got no proper help, and the data generated wasn?t even correct. I?m done with Koinly and will not recommend it.

Horrible customer service
I?ve been trying to reach Koinly?s support for a week to fix an issue with my reports, but they don?t respond. Limited exchange options
While Koinly is an excellent platform for a handful of major exchanges, it doesn't support enough altcoin exchanges or wallets. I couldn't get my full portfolio in one place.
