Great Experience, Will Order Again

Great for Late-Night Orders
I really enjoy how JuiceFly can allow ordering of alcohol late into the night. Their selection is pretty impressive, and they always deliver on time. Great quality and fast delivery.
I had ordered a range of beers from JuiceFly, which were all great in quality, delivered quickly, and the bottles reached me nicely protected against impacts during transport. I really love the range of craft beer they carry. The only disappointing thing was the delivery cost, which was higher than expected, but I didn't mind too much.

Easy to Use, Good Selection
I have ordered a few things from JuiceFly over time, and what's most striking about it is its accessibility through the website interface. The website had different variations of wine, beers, and spirits on its listings continuously, even on latest releases. Deliveries came quicker, too, while in great condition. A further suggestion, though-I think it will be wonderful to see some cocktail mixers in the offerings!

Disappointing Delivery and Poor Quality
I had high expectations for JuiceFly after hearing a lot of buzz about them, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered a premium bottle of wine for a special occasion, and it arrived two days late. When I finally opened the bottle, I found that it wasn't the vintage I ordered, and it was poorly packaged. I tried calling and e-mailing customer service several times without a response. At least for me, the lack of correspondence combined with subpar service put my purchase into the company that didn't deliver. Delivery Was Late and Juices Damaged
JuiceFly for sure disappointed me with their delivering facility. I placed an order for some spirits and was given a delivery window of 2 days. The delivery came 4 days late, and when I opened the box, one of the bottles was cracked. I reached out to customer service, but they were unresponsive for days. This was my first time using JuiceFly, and it will likely be my last. It?s disappointing because they have a good selection, but the overall experience was frustrating.

JuiceFly's delivery service is not reliable. I ordered several bottles of whiskey and wine; the delivery came later than expected. When the bottles finally arrived, one of the wine bottles was damaged. To make matters worse, customer service did not respond to my emails or calls. This was a completely frustrating experience. While the quality of the products was good, the poor service and delivery times make it difficult to justify using them again.

Overpriced and Underwhelming Selection
I had pretty high hopes for JuiceFly, considering how great the selection looked on their website. Unfortunately, the actual product selection left much to be desired. The prices are highly inflated compared to local shops, and the quality didn't match up. My delivery was delayed by more than 4 days, and by the time it did arrive, either the items I ordered were damaged or out of stock. And if all that wasn't enough, their customer support didn't help when I contacted them and also appeared as though they couldn't care less. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible Experience with Juicefly
I ordered some wine and beer for a nice weekend, but, sadly, my experience with JuiceFly was not as good as it had been in my imagination. First, it was supposed to take two days, but it arrived within a week. The order did arrive, but the wines had become warm and the beers all flat. I have called customer service numerous times, and they never called me back. Having spent that amount of money on what was supposed to be a premium service, I feel utterly let down. I ordered a bottle of premium whiskey from JuiceFly, which was a complete disappointment. It took more than a week to arrive, and when the box finally arrived, it was damaged. I have tried many services for alcohol delivery, but JuiceFly had the worst service so far. I made a pretty simple order: a couple of bottles of wine and spirits. Delivery took more than five days, and it came where one of the bottles was fully broken. I immediately called customer support; it took them one week to respond. When they finally did, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. For the price paid, I expected a lot more. Won't be using them again.

Terrible Service, Wrong Order
I ordered from JuiceFly a selection of various spirits for a small event. It arrived much later than promised, and when it did, it was the wrong selection altogether. Got wines not ordered and in the shipment that I received, and the bottles were smashed up. Was looking forward to a refund and, at the barest of minimums, a simple swap; complete silence from them afterward on. This was my first experience, and last one at that, with JuiceFly. It is so very, totally not worth it.

Quality and Service Very Bad
I ordered a few bottles of wine and spirits from JuiceFly, and I was highly disappointed with the service. My order was delayed, and the products that I received were not good. The wine was warm, and the spirits didn't taste fresh. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about a refund or exchange, it took them ages to get back to me, and when they did, the solution they came up with was unsatisfactory. With the prices they are asking, I would have expected much better service and quality of their products. I will not be ordering again.
