Can do much better

Smarty really saved me some money on a few things, but it's not something amazing. Other times, I have found better deals, and the cashback might take too much time. It's worth a shot, but I do believe there are several other apps that will actually give you better savings.

Great for Daily Shopping

Smarty has been great in terms of my daily shopping necessities. Using it for a couple of months, I have saved quite a fair amount by paying lesser on my online purchases; the app doesn't make it difficult to activate discounts, either, and I love how it automatically finds the best deals for me. Another great perk of this app is its cashback facility, which keeps motivating me to shop. Indeed, I have received my cashback promptly, which is a huge plus for me. I also love that there are many types of stores to go through, so I can use Smarty for everything that I want to buy. The app is always improving and they introduce us to new features. Cash Back Takes Too Long

I was looking forward to trying Smarty, but man, the cash back is just ridiculously slow. Some cashback has been pending over a month. The concept is fantastic, but the actual app has huge room for improvement. Just doesn't feel good.

Easy and Effective

User-friendly. Really effective in saving money. The application interface is rather intuitive. I really quickly find out how to get a discount while buying something online. Slow Cashback Process

I sort of like the idea behind Smarty, but the cash back is utterly glacial. You can sometimes be left waiting weeks or even months before the credits actually appear in my account. Plus, sometimes tracking purchases wouldn't actually register at all. Much more needs to be improved; else, I would definitely never recommend it.

Good Concept, Poor Execution

Smarty has a good concept but suffers from poor execution. Although I signed up with utmost enthusiasm, it has been frustrating with the problem-filled hassles. In spite of how easy to use the application is, there have been some issues in my purchases failing to record cashback several times. Too long is what one waits for cashback. At times, I expected quicker returns from spending, and weeks pass without any update. I found the diversity of retailers not to be very big, and sometimes using the Smarty is not convenient in terms of shopping. I also value the idea of saving; however, with so much variation in terms of processing time, I have second thoughts about the app, and hopefully they will be able to improve their services to meet the criteria set initially.

Needs More Improvement

My Smarty has not been great. While I am a proponent of the idea of cashback, the execution hasn't felt so great. It tends generally to be rather slow in its cashback payment and sometimes I have difficulties with my purchases being accepted. I think they have plenty of room for improvement.

Always Great Savings

Unimpressed by Limited Store Choices

My experience with Smarty has been frustrating from the very start. Although I do not believe that the cashback app concept itself is bad, I certainly do not believe that the manner in which it has come across certainly does not live up to expectations. One of the major issues that I have faced is the lack of variety in the choice of stores. Since retailers that I frequently shop in are not part of their networks, I am unable to save much money. In my attempts to make various purchases with Smarty, I am often bitterly disappointed when stores that I prefer aren't included. It takes months before cashback is processed. Sometimes I don't even get my return on money for weeks. I was really looking forward to having a better experience with all those reviews, but after all this, it feels like something less for the money that I honestly worked for. I'm going to actually try some other cashback applications which have a wider selection of retailers and a faster cashback process.

My Favorite Savings App

Disappointing Cash Back

My experience at Smarty has been frustrating. I had signed up with a hope of saving some good money; however, when I started actively using it I began to come across various problems which did not agree with me. The cash back process is decidedly pathetically slow and can take weeks, even months sometimes, before returns actually materialize. Of course, there are instances when my purchases did not reflect cash back, and that really killed my motivation to persist. The store choices are also relatively narrow, and sometimes my faves aren't even on the list. The idea is fantastic; the implementation has definitely fallen short of that, however. On reading these reviews, I had envisioned getting such a seamless experience, and that's left me utterly disappointed. Hopefully, the company will do something about these things soon; if not, I'll look forward to improvement and enjoy the many benefits promised at first.

With a few upgrades, Smarty can become a lot better. Slow cashback, long lists of shops: Smarty is excellent for those who are eager to do online bargain hunting. Not as Cool as Advertised

I came into Smarty based on fantastic reviews I read, and my experience has been pretty underwhelming. The app is user-friendly, but the savings have been pretty minimal. A lot of my typical retailers are not in their cashback program. This seriously restricts my capacity to save: the cashback process is very slow. It took me weeks to see my saving in my account. That was a huge downer. This combined with some communications from customer support when I had questions did nothing to improve my disappointment. What I expected is a much better service-for the flapping around the app. Overall, I cannot recommend that Smarty offer cashback, at least according to my experience. I can see better cashback opportunities where I got an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

This is an excellent app that will allow for really great everyday savings, and I cannot recommend it more highly. Disappointed with Cash Back Processing

I signed up for Smarty expecting much but so far, very disappointing. The idea of saving money through cash back is so exciting. It's frustrating, though-the rate at which cash back is processed is very slow, and at times, my rewards take weeks, which will make it seem like too much bother. And besides, I had many instances where the purchases did not build any cash back, which is frustrating. Really, I wanted to love this app, but doesn't have enough variety regarding covered stores; otherwise, just keeps annoying me. For me, it turns out often pretty useless since I shop pretty often at retailers outside their network. Overall, I am fed up with the service and may have to go elsewhere to find something better about providing the correct user experience.

In general, Smarty works well and saved me money, but sometimes I had trouble activating cashback at certain stores, and apart from that, it's a good service, which I will further use for my online needs.

Love the Cashback Feature!

I like cashback in Smarty! Truly fabulous, and now online shopping is quite beneficial. The application really friendly and enjoyable to work with; moreover, it has many discounts in stores where I often shop. A lot of savings in a short time; besides, the process seems to be effortless. I recommend this application for anyone who wants to gain money along with purchasing items in a reliable way.

So-So Experience

Smarty saves me money, but no big deal. I have had some pretty ridiculous problems - stuff just won't report as cashback, and the stores they've got available are somewhat limited. It's fine for casual online browsing, but no big savings here.

Very Disappointed with My Experience

I was very disillusioned because I had thought that Smarty would help me to save money. The whole process with cashback is somewhat slow and my savings are minimal. After reading some reviews I was expecting it to be way easier than it was. Honestly, the app does work, but it doesn't make me any money; that's what I was expecting it to do for me. Definitely looking at other alternatives also.

Savvy Savings Reliable Tool

Smarty has turned out to be a reliable tool for my online shopping needs. I have used it for several months, and savings added up quite fast. The user interface of the app is simple and very user-friendly; I easily see and can activate the discounts. I like the feature with cashback-more return on purchases. Okay, although I had some issues with cashing back once, their customer support is very prompt to respond to your issues pretty fast. Some of the retail products from Smarty that I never tried and were new to me hence more saving- such wonderful variety of retailers available makes it feel good to see savings. Overall, I highly recommend Smarty for anyone who wants to save money when shopping online. The app actually made my shopping experience better and much more fun to do!
