Disappointing Quality and Service
I had big expectations to shop with JB Prince, but this turned out to be very disappointing with them. The product which I ordered was late, and the packing was very bad. When opening the box, some obvious marks were seen on it, and that too without any relation to damage by shipping. When I tried to call customer service for the return, I got very unhelpful replies with delays. They didn't seem interested in helping me replace or return it. Quality of the product was below par, and the service after sales was abysmally bad. Really, this company doesn't care a hoot for their customer, and I won't be buying again from them. Very frustrating when you pay a premium price for what should be a top-tier experience. AVOID this website unless you want to waste your time and money.

Horrible Customer Support
The big problem with my order from JB Prince, after purchase, was that they sent the wrong item and really left me without a solution. I have written several emails to their support team, but every response was generic, and it took days to get any feedback. After more than a week of trying to resolve the issue, I finally gave up. I was stuck with the wrong product and out the money I spent. There's no excuse for this kind of poor service, especially for an online store that boasts of high-quality products. If you have any issues with your order, don't expect to get any help. I would not recommend purchasing from JB Prince because it is very hard to get any meaningful support.

Poor Quality and Slow Delivery
I ordered a special tool from JB Prince, expecting excellence from such a reputable firm. It was far later than promised and much poorer in quality than their advertising indicated. It felt flimsy, not nearly as durable as it had been described, and was showing signs of wear right out of the box. Customer service was unhelpful-only vague apologies with no real solution offered. Upon requesting my refund, I was then required to pay for return shipping. What an added aggravation that was. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. At the price level, much more could be expected, and therefore, I won't revisit the store again as a customer. Do not invest in either your time or money herein unless you are prepared for mediocre products with absolutely zero support from the company itself. Unfortunately, my experience thus far with JB Prince has been incredibly frustrating.

Unprofessional and Unresponsive
I had ordered some equipment in my kitchen, which took more than two weeks to arrive. After that, when it arrived, a vital part was missing. I immediately asked them for replacement or refund; days went by, but I heard nothing from their side. When this correspondence finally did come, it claimed the merchandise had been shipped complete, but I have ample proof otherwise. The whole interaction was really unprofessional and disrespecting in nature. I had to fight with my bank just to get this straightened out. I'm stuck, finally, with an incomplete item, while JB Prince has done absolutely nothing to resolve my problem. I will certainly recommend that anyone interested in actually getting their order properly and on time avoid the company.

Terrible Product and Customer Care
This company is a nightmare. The product I got from JB Prince was completely defective; it was missing parts and did not work as advertised. I called their customer service immediately, and they were absolutely no help. On top of being on hold for a long time, if I asked for a refund, it was the runaround. After finally managing to get an exchange, the replacement came with even more issues! That's absolutely not how any company is supposed to operate. Very poor quality with practically non-existent customer service. No need to spend time or dollars. Keep your hands completely off of JB Prince!!

Overpriced and Incompetent Service
I had been hoping the experience with JB Prince was going to be a businesslike, but it certainly wasn't. It was not only overpriced for its quality, but it also took ages to arrive. Upon arrival, the item was damaged and non-functional. To crown it all, their customer service was unresponsive and hard to work with. They offered me no solutions, and I ended up stuck with a broken item. The whole process was a big inconvenience, and I felt utterly ignored. There are many other companies that offer better prices and quality, and I?ll definitely be shopping elsewhere from now on. This experience was truly awful.

Poor Experience, Will Not Shop Again
Ordered a high-end kitchen tool expecting top-notch quality, but what arrived was far from that. The product didn?t function as it was supposed to and felt very cheap. It had the worst customer service-I called a number of times and was left on hold each time or put through to voicemail. If there is an after-sale helpline, then be assured it would sound freezing with no helpful responses whatsoever. I got a defective product which could not be used in any way. For such a price, a lot more customer care and quality was expected. That definitely is going to be my last buy with JB Prince. There are plenty of other places to shop that sell much better stuff with better service, too.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery
JB Prince claims to be a top-tier supplier of culinary equipment; my recent order was nothing short of a disaster. Delivery was supposed to take one week, yet I got it in more than a week, and then when I got my package, it was in horrible shape-the box was crushed, and whatever inside was also damaged. I called their customer service right away, and it seemed like forever before they contacted me back, without a plausible solution. It was crystal clear that they did not care about customer satisfaction. After an eternity of emails being sent back and forth, I received a partial refund, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the hassle and frustration. I won't be returning to JB Prince after this.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
I had an extremely negative experience ordering from JB Prince. First, they had a delay with the delivery of my order and didn't even bother sending an email to let me know; then, it contained an item completely wrong. I tried calling them many times, but all I got was being hung up on or a vague response. Then, after finally getting through, they suggested I return it at my expense. Ridiculous! Clearly their mistake, I purchase a product, and they want me to pay for the repair. This is an unprofessional company and has no regard for customer satisfaction. I will never go back, and would strongly recommend others not to also.

Disappointing Quality for the Price
I had bought from JB Prince because of its reputation, but it proved to be one of the biggest disappointments. The quality was really, really far from what I had expected, and the description on their website had not described it as it actually was. I did call their customer service, and it was very slow; they did not give any real solution to the problem. They were forcing me to continue with the item, although this is what I didn't need. For the price that I had paid, I deserved much better quality. This experience has left me completely dissatisfied, and I?ll be shopping elsewhere in the future. This was a waste of time and money.

Terrible Packaging and Delivery Time
I ordered a set of kitchen tools from JB Prince, and my experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, the packaging was terrible?the tools were thrown loosely into a box with no protective padding. Naturally, some items arrived damaged. Also, it took longer to deliver than expected. When I complained to the customer service, they sounded vague and did not respond constructively. I have to return some damaged goods in a big process with a partial refund. This was really handled in the worst manner, and I for sure won't order things from them anymore. There is zero care in packaging and shipping, and I wouldn't trust this company.

Complete Waste of Time and Money
The worst experience with JB Prince. I ordered an expensive kitchen gadget, and it took over two weeks to receive it. When it arrived, the product was broken and defective. I had reached their customer service, and after some days, nobody contacted me back. Not having gotten back with me once they finally did, this is very slow, and pretty non-helpful in my situation. No offer of compensation, barely recognition of their inconvenience to me, but the kicker for me-I had to pay to return it myself. Again, for what they push as a premium company, just subpar service across the board. I would not purchase from them again.

Very Poor Quality Control
I ordered a specialty kitchen tool from JB Prince. Upon receipt, I am exceedingly disappointed in what came from them. The product failed in its advertised function because upon inspecting it closely it clearly had been defective. Well, I called customer service-slow to return any calls, really wasn't much help. A week later, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. It was frustratingly bad on many levels: lack of quality control and poor customer service. I will never order from JB Prince again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Disappointing Product Quality
Just received an order from JB Prince and must say that I'm disappointed, to say the least. The products themselves were mediocre, but given the prices that they're asking, it simply isn't good enough. Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping

Overpriced and Underwhelming
I was ordering a set of advanced kitchen utensils, which were highly praised online, but in reality, after receiving them, they had cheap materials and the manufacturing wasn't as expected, considering that price. Very Disappointed with the Selection

Lackluster Customer Support
The last order from JB Prince was absolutely a disaster. I had written to customer service when the order was late to arrive, and I felt that the response time was painfully slow. False Advertising and Poor Quality
The items I bought did not represent the advertisement whatsoever. They were supposed to be of a high quality, which was quite disappointing. One of the tools felt flimsy and broke after minimal use. Waste of Money

Dissatisfied with Both Products and Service

I bought one of those sets of kitchen tools they say are of high quality; the package arrived in quite terrible condition, scratched and broken pieces. It took longer than it was supposed to, and I never heard anything from JB Prince. I e-mailed them for an update, and they gave me a very vague response that wasn't really helpful at all. I paid for expedited shipping, so this was extremely frustrating. This was my first, and likely my last, order here.
