In order to maximize Ibotta, you do need to plan ahead?check your offers before you go, verify that items qualify, and don't forget to scan receipts. But if you do, the app functions beautifully. Really good app for discerning consumers
Ibotta is optimal when you're someone who pays attention to details when shopping. You do have to compare the item sizes and conditions to ensure the promotion is valid. That being said, when you do what you're told, the cashback occurs like clockwork. I've redeemed approximately $120 up to now and have been satisfied with the payout options. Ibotta has done a good job of making cashback easy and functional. I use it almost entirely for grocery runs and earned more than $250 in a year.
