Multiple follow-ups and long hold times before I got vague responses that didn't resolve my problem; the claim filing process was unnecessarily complicated, and the portal seemed unclear. And then the reimbursement took a few weeks longer than what they had initially promised, and it just added stress to what is already a pretty stressful situation. Coverage seemed decent on paper, but the service did not deliver; I was left frustrated and feeling unsupported. INF needs to focus on the care of customers and rationalize their claims process for building trust with their clients.
