Order Never Arrived
Ordered weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. No update on tracking information in days, and no luck with trying to reach customer service. Email and calls ignored. Beginning to wonder if I've lost my money. Complete lack of communication is infuriating. Really wanted the products, but now I just regret the entire experience. Will most likely need to ask for a refund, which I expect to be another pain. Not certain I would purchase from here again.

Poor Customer Service Experience
Had an issue with my order and attempted to call customer service. Spent more than an hour on hold, and then when I managed to get a representative, the representative was helpful but dismissive. They seemed not to be interested in trying to solve my problem and kept providing me with stock answers. The entire process was extremely infuriating. They obviously don't care about customers. This quality of service is not acceptable. Will certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

The site is always crashing and freezing. It's very hard to navigate and order. The search tool is also untrustworthy. It's obvious the site needs a complete redesign. The shipping is too slow. It took more than two weeks to get my order after it was promised to be shipped in a matter of a few days. This does not cut it in this modern world of quick shipping. Difficulty with Returns
Tried to get back an item, and it was very convoluted to do. They have many obnoxious rules and restrictions. Clearly, they do not want you to return something. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating and a time drain. I ended up just giving up. This is a big problem.
