"I was drawn to InCharge because of all the great reviews, but I was really disappointed by my experience. It took so long to even get in their debt management program and then nothing really seemed to be happening. It just didn't go fast enough, and I wasn't getting any help with my account. Customer service was just okay and not above and beyond at all. I didn't have a single person working with me on my account, and sometimes I would get a response the next day, sometimes even the next week. The program could be a good fit for some people, but it didn't feel personalized enough to make it really work for me.
