Unsatisfied With Condition Of Vehicle

Bought the vehicle from Illinois Vehicle; I was never satisfied with the car I got myself. Though the exterior was fine and well set in the pics, everything was different from what appeared when I was to go pick it up, especially once I saw that the paint had been chipped and deeper scratches than those shown were there as well. Moreover, the engine was not running as it was expected. They had promised that the car was completely inspected, but I had to take it to a mechanic immediately after purchasing, which cost me more than I thought it would. Though the website was user-friendly, I can't say that about the listings and how transparent they were. I feel that I have been let down with this experience and would not refer them to anyone, considering my case.
